The staff is friendly and smiley. It is very clean, the beds are comfortable. Huge area for children outside. The animation for children is great as you can enjoy the SPA. The food in the restaurant is delicious and fresh.

Great hotel with a warm pool, clean facilities, spacious rooms, great breakfast. There's a restaurant and a bar, a backyard with a playground. We enjoyed our stay!

Very good hotel, the room very big and clean. The spa was perfect for after ski relax The shuttle service to the gondola was really good and arrived right on time. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. The bartender at the lobby bar make great cocktails!!

The apartment is big and clean. Staff is professional and friendly. The playground is full with toys and very helpful on a rainy day 😊. We have been guests in the past and will keep coming ! Recommended

A really nice hotel for families. The room was spacious and comfortable, the small balcony was a nice surprise. The shower was nice and big. The breakfast was luxurious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the slopes was a huge win for us.

Everything was perfect here. The SPA is well maintained, pools are warm enough and the staff was friendly. There is a nice Nutri bar next to the SPA and the gym which is perfect to get some detox shots and protein shakes. The room was nice and cozy. I would visit again.

It's my second stay in this hotel and it was really , really nice. The staff was amazing everywhere- in the spa, in the restaurant (with some exceptions) ,at the reception , at the bar. Spa is small but very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was fine , nothing spectacular.

Staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. Spa was clean and everything was working perfectly. Food in restaurant was plenty and of high class. The place was clean and very well maintained. Definitely recommend. Looking forward to come back.

The hotel is newly renovated. It is in the center of Bansko. We had nice room, it was clean, with comfortable bed and balcony. The breakfast was nice with good variety. The dinner was also good, the second night we had menu options and the food was really good.

All the staff we spoke to were amazing! Unfortunately, I don't remember their names, but they helped my fiancé arrange a surprise for my birthday, which meant a lot to me. We had a fantastic stay. The room was very clean, and the lobby was spotless too. The buffet breakfast was very good.⭐

Great little hotel that's close to the main street but in a quiet location. Room was clean with a small balcony overlooking the neighbourhood. Staff were all very pleasant and always helpful. Buffet breakfast each morning was very nice with a good variety.

We loved everything about this location. Staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic, the room was beautiful and comfortable. Walking distance to everything (food, bars, gondola), free parking on and off site. Super convenient!

Fair room, with extremly big bed perfect for a couple (2m×2m), clean and cozy, large room, staff is nice and helpful, and the restaurant which is within the hotel corp have great food and drinks :) I would stay again here.

Clean, spacious room, had a nice mountain view. The breakfast was sooo tasty, they even had kids choices. The parking was convinient with an elevator to our floor.

We were offered a free room upgrade which we enjoyed. The apartment was spacious and clean with a big balcony. The food in the restaurant is always great. The parking garage is a big plus. It's our third stay in the hotel and we will visit again :)

Everything was great, the staff was very polite and helpful, the restaurant downstairs is very convenient, the room was specious. The only thing missing was cutlery in the kitchenette but we were not planning on cooking so it was not an issue.

This was our fourth stay at Predela Lux Aparthotel, and it never disappoints. It’s a perfect getaway for families with kids – peaceful, quiet, and offering beautiful views. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Room 7 was very clean, modern, big 1 bedroom apartment. The bed was really comfortable and big (king size). Kitchen was also very nice and it had a dishwasher too! The apartment was peaceful and very spacious. Everything was in good condition/near to new.

The apartment was spacious, super clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The pool had a nice temperature, was clean and the SPA was working throughout the day. The food buffet in the restaurant was more than enough. Highly recommended!

Lovely spa, pool and sauna in Kap House. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The location is perfect and surrounded by outstanding restaurants and bars. The restaurant downstairs from the hotel was amazing with a great atmosphere.

Very friendly staff, super clean rooms, great mattresses and pleasant breakfast. Massage was really good. The hotel has also a traditional restaurant where we had-10% discount as guests of the hotel. The food was very delicious and we had a very beautiful view.

The people were very friendly and welcoming. Spa was small but clean and nice. The location was perfect as in a few minutes we were able to reach the center and the gondola. Breakfast, try the homemade cake, it is so tasty.

Comfortable and clean room and bathroom, with balcony, fridge, water heater, armchair, etc. Delicious and varied buffet breakfast selection, small pool, sauna area and fitness area, morning shuttle to and afternoon from the ski lift.

Very nice and clean suit. Double room is perfect for family with children. The breakfast was amazing, and the spa zone is not nig, but is pretty enjoyable.

Nice balcony, great restaurant, helpful staff. Fridge, AC, shower were all good. Check-in was very easy. Parking was decent and right next to the hotel. Good walk to center but overall nice location. Quiet location.

The room was big warm and the toilet was very clean and spacious as well! The spa facilities were warm and comfy! I would definitely recommend the hotel restaurant as the food was very tasty and in a very reasonable price!

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. Rooms were big, modern and clean, very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. We had a wonderful spa experience. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The spas is amazing, so big you can almost get lost in it. The thermal water! I liked that at the outdoor pool there was no music during the daytime and no children allowed, made it very peaceful. Great breakfast with fresh orange and grapefruit juice.

What a lovely and cozy hotel in the central location of the town. Loved the view from my room. The breakfast was great, but the most amazing was the staff - Violeta and Dafi. Felt like living in the family.

We had a great 3 day stay in one of the studios. Very cosy little studio with nice decor. The spa facilities were a real treat after a long day of skiing! Excellent and friendly service by reception staff, catered to our additional requests and ensured that we had a nice relaxing stay. Helped us with transfers to the airport on the last day at a last minute request which was extremely lovely of them. Provided with information on local amenities and going out places. 12/10 service, I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Everything in the property is perfect. Food is excellent, staff is more than welcoming and friendly. it’s extremely clean, the outdoor jacuzzi is one of the best I have ever seen. For sure we will visit again. I’ve been in a lot of hotels in Bansko area and I can say that this is one of the best.

Very kind personnel, the hotel is cosy, with authentic atmosphere and offers all needed for a good winter holiday. It was warm, clean, neat and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and of a good quality food-wise.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is good with it being a 10 min walk to the Gondola and all the bars/restaurants.

They were very helpful and organised our transfer, lift passes, and equipment hire for us. The sauna was very nice. A nice view of the mountain from the room which had also had a balcony.

The restaurant at the basement is nice The Kitchen staff is brilliant. Especially Valentino is a great man. He was very welcoming and very helpful. Always cheerful and ready to serve you ☺️.

Location is fabulous directly next to Bansko Gondola ski lift. In the hotel, from welcoming all the staff are friendly and helpful from the receptionists, spa employees, and all the rest were amazing. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The scented rooms with the rustic cabin feeling was top notch. The rooms were also pretty spacious and clean. Breakfast is at a rather narrow time but if you inform the staff that you're leaving earlier, they can pack you breakfast. Speaking of which, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

This is a cozy and quiet hotel with a great location near the Gondola. The SPA area is comfortable and nice. Good breakfast and dinner. Great staff, you feel like at your friends' there.

Room was very quite spacious and bathroom was very good. We had two terraces even. Breakfast was perfect! Everyday there was some variety of breakfast items. Gondola was few minutes away, so you will be near the ski area. Hot bath and sauna are a plus as well.

Great location. Very clean and spacious room. It was very warm. We used the fireplace for atmosphere. There was a bathtub. New year's dinner was superb! There was limited parking on the street as the hotel doesn't have parking, but there was a lawn nearby where we found free parking.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious. You have the buffet and there were various meals from which you could choose. The room was cleaned every day and the towels have been changed every day.

The hotel is on a great location in quiet area. It is very clean, and the stuff is friendly. The food is great. It has underground parking which is a big plus.

The location was perfect. Also the staff were super friendly, they upgraded our room because the sofa bed was not really comfortable.

Second visit to the Mura. Again for the price it is an excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable and secure. Decent boot room and better breakfast than previously. Courtesy bus always on time. Nearby there is a good Chinese also a great Baker and very reasonable cafe called Traffic. We'll be back.

Fantastic hotel food ok, cheap to eat out transport to gondola fantastic, pool great, bar great, snow amazing, people that put bad reviews I believe aren’t well travelled and want mit star for £50 a night! All this shopping local supermarket £6! Whiskey not great but where can you buy all that!??

Clean and tidy hotel, the staff is polite and very helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious, every day the towels are changed. Spa center is not crowded and the stay there is very pleasant. Restaurant is well organised, food is good and enough. Good value for the money definitely.
