Amazing location and sightseeing. Disappointed about Breakfast Buffet (no orange fresh, no fresh salads, not variety of food) and Fitness area (very small pool, fitness room in the same place with pool in a very wet atmosphere, sauna smell bad and not very clean) that are not at 5* level

Hotel looks better than the pictures on booking.com. Very clean, super comfy beds, decent breakfast, vallet parking, fantastic view on the mountains - they have all you need for a perfect weekend in the mountains.

Very nice and cozy room with a nice view. Very peaceful and quiet, we had a good rest. Everything was very clean.

Extremely nice room-service and reception staff. We arrived after 22:00 when the restaurant closes and they were kind enough to send food to our room beforehand. Also, the room is great, wonderful bedsheets and amazing bathroom. Sparkling clean. Nice views of the dense forest and the mountains.

The staff is very helpful and upgraded our rooms for free. Had a room with a huge terrace. In hot summer evening you can sit outside and feel the cool breeze. Very good breakfast with fresh orange juice.

It is a beautiful modern hotel.The room is big and beautiful. The view to the mountains from the room is beautiful . There is an excellent Italian Restaurant “ Artigenale” with very tasty food in the hotel and is very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very kindly.

Cozy, quiet and peaceful hotel close to the forest. Signature room has a very nice design, a large terrace and hot tub for 3 people. The restaurant is excellent, with tasty food, large variety, good wines and cocktails.

The location is excellent, the design and interior arrangements and lightning was hi class, cozy room and bath with shower and tub, the breakfast is diverse and rich, the sofa bed was acceptable, the balcony had an excellent view to the trees, the jacuzzi was relaxing and the massage quite good!

Great with kids - spacious rooms and super professional staff. Very close to ski school. They even have a separate play room. The bar coffee was top notch, great restaurant and wine choices. Definitely the best option in the resort.

It is small, comfortable, cosy, clean hotel with pleasant staff. The view from hotel is incredible! We also enjoyed our breakfast and the whole atmosphere.

The room was v clean and with a view of the hills and mountains. Breakfast was made with fresh local ingredients and always on time. The place is close to a lot of hiking trails, so we did no need to use the car at all. Will come again.

Great stay at Alegria! We stayed at Alegria for two nights and really enjoyed it. The location is beautiful – right in the heart of nature. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!

Location is walking distance to restaurants and other activities. It is a bit off from the main road and such was really quiet and nice. The buffet breakfast was quit diverse considering the accommodation is not that large. Amenities in the room was good, small fridge, heating and comfortable bed.

The yard is large and appropriate for kids play. Very nice for families with children as ourselves. Our kid had a lovely time.

Very nice place for families, lot of things to do for kids (under 10 I’d say), peaceful and quiet. They also had bicycles one could borrow with carriages for smaller children. Tasty and large breakfast. Would be happy to come back some day.

Not far away from Predeal,the location is in a middlenof the forrest. The room are.very big with big balcony. The pool is with warm water, not very deep and clean. The food was perfect, very good cofee. It was a perfect vacation for my family.

I like this hotel. I stayed with a group there for 3 nights and liked the friendly warm staff, the nice pool and my room was large and comfortable. I also liked the food at the breakfast and at dinner snd the nice location inside the forrest.

Once again I booked the room at the Hart Hotel, where I found the same family atmosphere, the room was in the new location where we also benefited of SPA. The bar and the restaurant offer good products. I will return to this hotel

IT is a good hotel, with accesible prices, a great pool, sauna,gym and a really nice location(in the forest,not in the main road). I recomand it for family time, also ok for teambuildings (it also has conference room and a restaurant big enought )

The room is great. All rooms have a terrace and the view is spectacular. There is a large restaurant that also have a great terrace. The staff is professional and discrete. We're already on our third visit here and will come back in the future.

This is a great place to stop for a meal! The service is impeccable, it has excellent views of the mountain and the terrace is spacious. It is never crowded, which is perfevt if you are in a hurry. The food was amazing and the waiters let us know in advance which meals took longer to prepare.

Close to Brasov, very convenient location for exploring the different sites. Hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. There's also a pool, sauna, basketball court & ping pong table for having some fun. Would definitely recommend this to everyone!

Bearkfast was nice with plenty of choices to satisfy anyone. Food was good at the restaurant. Local ingresdients. Rooms were spacious and clean, pool area was warm and clean as well.

Breakfast and Dinner - liked the food and the variety. Comfortable parking right outside the hotel. Great indoor pool. Comfortable rooms. In total, great value.

Beautiful and clean rooms. Not to mention huge rooms. Nice views of the trees. We had an amazing time here especially because it snowed the whole time we were there. Breakfast starts at 8:30 and is a la carte and was delicious. Just a quick mention- don’t order too much as the portions are huge!!!!

Everything exceeded my expectation. Wonderful and exceptional: location, breakfast, staff members, room and facilities, Summer Garden, Vanatorul restaurant with its food and staff. Amazing time. It is the first time when I felt so sorry that I left.

Location was great, travelled with my 10yo daughter and she was absolutely delighted about the room and the cherry on top were the friendly dogs the hotel has. On a serious note, room was clean, loved the design, bathroom was big enough, a balcony with superb view, pool was clean and well maintained, food at restaurant was tasty. What mattered for me the most was the attitude of the staff, very friendly and flexible.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent at a reasonable price, better than in the other restaurants. The atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful and we loved the spa. We loved the healthy, clean and friendly dogs and cats on the property. The overall experience exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast was not sophisticated but it was plentiful and included freash eggs, fruit, and pretty good coffee. Staff were very kind. Super large apartment, very warm and clean. Perfect for post-ski relaxing and freshening up.

We had a lovely stay, very friendly staff, room was clean and cozy. We could leave our car on the lot. We felt very welcome and enjoyed staying here. We would definitly come back and we can recommend it!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The interior garden and parking are safe for the children to play.

Breakfast was good, decent selection of variaties. Reception staff was very friendly and warm. Villa apartment was very clean besides a minor miss out. Check in and out process was made very simple with digital passcode instead of key card, so no manual check out was necessary.

The very comfortable bed and the climate that made our stay better, and last but not least, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and breakfast place made for a relaxing and pleasant stay

Our group of 5 spent only 1 night in there and enjoyed our time. Clean and spacious rooms. It was a bit noisy probably because of the restaurant in the interior courtyard, but they stopped at around 11pm. Food is also very good.

Best place to rest. Peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended :D

Large and clean room with private bathroom, free parkings (one in the yard and one outside the building), free wifi, pet friendly. Kind staff. Good restaurant open from morning to midnight. The building has the form of "U" with 32 rooms, most of them with a view to the interior yard where there is a small parking and the terrace of the restaurant.

I liked the location, the fact that they have multiple parking spots, we never had problems with parking. They have this inner courtyard that is very nice and you can sit outside in a small bar area. The personnel was very friendly and forthcoming. I didn't have high expectations because of the reviews I read, but it was quite a nice and comfortable room with a little balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. They have 24hr reception area. You have to ask for the TV remote if it's not in the room and also if you want the room cleaned you have to ask for it specifically. The hotel is close to one of the main roads in Rasnov and there is a supermarket and bakery nearby. There is also a bus stop pretty close to the hotel. The citadel is about 35mins walking distance.

First of all a huge thanks. The staff it was amazing and friendly a huge benefit for this place. After I pass the hour for checking they give me a call if everything is ok and ask me if I want to order something from restaurant just in case I will be late. Parking, good food, information 👌.

The swimming pool was great, with separate areas for adults and kids. Although the playground for children was small, it was still interesting for them. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good as well. I definitely recommend this property.

This is a well located hotel. It's comfortable but might need some renovation. The hotel was fully booked and we got the last available room which was + - OK. The Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was very nice with a wide variety and good service.

We were based 5 nights at Ruia on Poiana doing "star" travels and enjoyed alot stayn at Ruia which have extended rooms, very clean, corteous attention and generous breakfasts, the staff gave pesonal approach.

The room was very clean, the room service excelent. The restaurant and bar just great. A quiet atmosphere in the middle of the nature. The personnel very professional and friendly. Outside they have a nice place to organise a barbeque with some 10 tables, on the terrace you can invite friends and business colleagues in order to dine. Very good food and wine at low prices.

Stayed couple of days for family winter vacation. Hotel is clean, rooms are warm and spacious, free wifi, personnel is kind, breakfast is good, restaurant unexpensive. Nice, wide view (upper floor better). Tradițional, a bit oudated interior decoration. Close to bus station, parking available, ski slopes not far. Taxi drivers frequently ask for extra charge for driving from or to Brasov, but even so, the transport fee doesn't exceed about 20 E. Overall a good impression, fair services for the money.

Vast parking area and good to use during winter time as it was clean. Nice and clean room. Very good breakfast. The personnel was very respectful and willing to help. The hotel is quite close to the slopes - hence if you want to ski, you can walk directly from the hotel.

The breakfast was served for each person on a plate, and I think it's a good touch, to not waist a lot of food while having an open bar. It would be nice though to ask maybe someone is vegetarian or vegan. There has been a misunderstanding with our reservation and they offered us a bigger room than the one that we booked. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed had an amazing mat, we slept very well.

This hotel is a great spot within a few minutes walk to the castle. It is clean, the kitchen was very good, well equipped and perfect for us to use like self catering for breakfast and lunch. The host was very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Everything was clean. Very quiet neighbourhood and nice outside sitting area. Motorcycles could be parked safely in the courtyard. Easy Walk to the Castle and nearby Restaurants.

Very comfortable hotel. We cane at about 11:30 pm and they let us in. Show the room at once. Give a parking place. The room was big and comfortable. 1 doble bed and separate bed for my son. Everything was clean and fresh. Really close to Bran castle.

The room was very clean, the spa center was amazing, new, very clean and extremely well organized. We were really satisfied about the accommodation and everything. At the restaurant the staff were very kind and professional. Excellent experience overall all, with sky zone close to the hotel.

Amazing hospitality and amenities. Huge room with all needed inside. Great SPA and pool. Very tasty breakfast, table served. Great location in a nice area with a river flowing and nature bird sound from your balcony. Free parking and walking distance from supermarket and food options.

Breakfast was very good. The food at the restaurant: exceptional. The staff was kind and polite and very well trained. The rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was veeery comfortable. We will come back. :)

The tiny house had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very helpful, always checking in to ensure I had everything I needed. They were the most warm and welcoming people.

A great location, with clean air, far from the noisy city life, but close enough not to feel the distance. With a large green yard, a generous terrace, and overall relaxing atmosphere, it was the perfect place to recharge our batteries.

Cedar Crest offered a truly cozy mountain getaway. Our stay was delightful - clean, confortable, peaceful and close to the key locations. Perfect for those enjoying nature's tranquility.

Very nice and clean property. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The host was extremely kind and waited for us until 1 AM when we got delayed because of a flat tire.

The property is clean, well maintained and exceptionally pleasant. Our hosts were fluent in english, friendly and helpful, always available via chat, call or even in person. Especially have to mention their two lovely dogs who made our stay truly memorable :)
