The breakfast was outstanding; I had the best cup of coffee ever! We had a corner room that was large and comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains and valley. The staff was knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. We ate dinner at the restaurant too which was superb.

The food was what really made our stay stand out. Warm and welcoming, Marco was an exceptional host in the dining room. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and the dinner was especially delicious and quite affordable.

The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were spectacular. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Slept with the balcony door open all night and the it was quiet and restful.

The hotel is tucked away at the top of the road next to Dolonne village. Perfect location to take in the views, walk to the gondola, and an easy 20 minute walk to the main part of town. Staff was welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was very nice. A++

We booked the Stella del Nord as a stopping point on our way to Tuscany. Staff were so welcoming, great parking underneath which was secure. Room was clean and comfy and we had a great breakfast in the morning. Perfect and certainly would stay again.

The location was excellent, easy to walk around, the room was spacious and the view from the balcony was beautiful, the breakfast had everything a good breakfast should have, the hotel's bar and spa were comfortable. The staff was also very friendly, my recommendation!

Very amiable staff, always attentive and looking to help. The property is cosy, comfortable and offers good meals for breakfast and dinner. The dinner service is elegant but not excessively formal. Very child friendly as is usual for most places in Italy. Limited but good spa facility.

Our family had an amazing stay at Hotel Croux. Every staff member was so kind and helpful, helping us navigate food, recreation and transportation. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were comfortable, sauna was amazing, but the people were the highlight. All of the spaces were neat and tidy.

The location was perfect, near the centre of the town. Staff very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. The view from our window to the Monte Bianco massif was worth the stay. Will come back and stay with them.

Staff were super helpful and friendly- let us check in early and arranged postage for something we forgot. Breakfast was delicious and the staff at breakfast were also very nice. Beautiful view from the room.

The place was very comfortable, clean and stylish. The personal was extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was delicious- vegetarian choices were great.

Recently renovated, rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Friendly and accommodating staff. Restaurant is nice and breakfast was sufficient. Free on site parking was added bonus.

It had everything you needed. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast is available and was great! Only a 20-minute bus into the town centre. Still, the area surrounding the hotel is just as picturesque and is lined with shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

We visited this hotel for a long weekend. Everything was good; front desk was very helpful, service, breakfast, ski-lockers to mention something. They also have waffles in the breakfast! It’s also good bars and restaurants nearby. I would go back any time!

Perfect location to the central area with stunning views of the Alps!! This hotel has an amazing pool, spa, sauna and jacuzzi for guests. We loved having a balcony to enjoy the rain and cool air. Very kind staff. Darling goats grazing below with their constant ringing bells add to the charm.

The rooms are cosy and clean, the breakfast is delicious and the personnel very nice. The spa was also very relaxing and the view over the Mont-Blanc is stunning.

The staff was very friendly, great facilities, amazing view and breakfast and it was a very clean and cozy place. Could not fault it!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They offered us great advice on travel between Courmayeur and Chamonix. The room was lovely and clean and the beds super comfortable. The breakfast was also great, with a wide range on offer.

Absolutely wonderful hosts and a beautiful view from our room. A pleasant 5 min stroll into the old town. Clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. This was the best stay of our 3 week trip in Italy.

If you are looking for a quiet place that is clean, quiet and walking distance to main square, I would highly recommend. The host is very warm and welcoming. I really enjoyed the breakfast.

The rooms are very quiet and comfortable, and we had a spacious balcony and a good view. The front desk was quite helpful and made dinner recommendations and reservations for us.

It was fabulous. Very clean and had everything we did need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Amazing bathroom. And, OMG, the views are like a dream.

The location was perfect. Not too far from the centre of Chamonix, the views where amazing, the room smelt so clean. The pool and spa wears perfect. Would 100% be back again

The view was amazing! We could watch paragliders falling from the alps while having our morning coffee. We could rent a fondue machine and try swiss style fondue at our cosy stay! Plus, there was a diswasher which made the stay 100% more easier to keep it clean.

The spa was excellent, the room was clean and crisp. all the ammenedies were a surprise and a plus! We were so close to everything and the front desk was so kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! The breakfast was the all time best part of the entire stay!

The hotel is positioned in a great location overlooking Monte bianco. The SpA is great and the hotel restaurant is also really good. We loved breakfast and dinner with healthy local products.

The hot spring area is well designed and very comfortable. The beer at dinner was delicious.

Our first hotel on Day 1 of our 11 day Tour du Mont Blanc hike. Very comfortable stay. Delicious dinner in the on site restaurant, one of our best meals over the 11 days - 3 courses - salad/pasta carbonara/desert - delicious! Excellent buffet breakfast. A wonderful start to our journey.

Everything we needed was available; breakfast was excellent, the drying room for ski equipment was a bonus, Mont Blanc views from the balcony stunning, dinner delicious, room clean and comfortable, usb charger provided next to bed. Spa facilities welcome after a day skiing.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were cosy. The restaurant was excellent, we wanted to try everything on the menu. Breakfast was good and the spa facilities were brilliant. Bus stop right outside the door and the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

A warm cosy hotel with friendly staff and beautiful views and surroundings! The beds are super comfy and the shower pressure/ temperature was perfect.

Beautiful views of the valley; great spa experience in the morning when it’s quieter; breakfast and dinner were both good; friendly service. But the room is a little small and dated; very slow WiFi.

The hotel is like a alpine cabin where you feel right at home. The lobby is very cozy and the restaurant is genuine brassiere from the alps. You can expect the best service and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back!!

Location perfect for accessing the Aiguille du Midi gondola. The staff at the hotel and restaurants were all helpful, friendly, and professional. The room was huge and beautiful with a gorgeous view of Mont Blanc.

We had a lovely stay. Staff were really attentive, room was perfect. Delicious dinner with a fabulous dessert buffet. Breakfast very good. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer this time.

Rooms were all lovely, great amenities, clean and quiet. Each room was unique. Two of the three had private balconies with mountain views. Grounds were beautiful and maintained with seating for guests to have coffee or picnics. Breakfast was excellent.

Came here for a few days as the first leg of our family vacation. The staff was very helpful and the place was so clean. Our rooms were comfortable and clean as well. Despite being close to the gondola, the area is very quiet but has a great location. Definitely recommend this.

A family run hotel a 2 minute walk from Via Roma - they were very attentive and helpful when it came to booking restaurants etc. for dinner and providing local insights. It's a traditional alpine village hotel with a very relaxed vibe.

Excellent location. Wonderful friendly service. I would stay again. Bathrooms and flooring could use an update but the amazing friendly staff and lobby area beyond made up for that. The location is perfect just off the main area and nice and quiet.

Staff were incredibly friendly and were great with our dogs. Because we booked last minute and were staying at the end of the ski season we were upgraded to a bigger room. We had lovely drinks and on the terrace and dinner at the restaurant was unexpectedly fancy! Highly recommend the breakfast too.

Beautiful and clean accommodation with stunning views. Pool and Spa is spotless and an excellent facility. Reception staff were always very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend and will return soon

Fantastic stay - would absolutely return. Friendly helpful staff, the rooms were well equipped to cook and very comfortable. I used the spa everyday and can’t complain. Pool is a little cold but fine once you’re in. Gym has excellent quality equipment (although a tad warm in there!)

Philippe at the front desk was exceptional. Very helpful in looking up train schedules for us and going out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. He provided us with info on the local bus service and suggested ways to access lifts, etc.

My favorite among favorites. This place is perfect in every way. We are already planning our next trip. The view of the alps from the pool is mesmerizing. Spa massage was very relaxing. Purchased spa products for skin care in high altitude.

A truly family-run hotel, the staff were absolutely great and welcoming. Our room was spacious, warm, very quiet and comfortable, and with a gorgeous view of Mont Blanc. Dinner was great, and the breakfast is well worth paying for.

The staff has been very friendly and helpful. We have been upgraded to a family connecting rooms without asking which was great as we had a lot of space and two bathrooms. We loved our balcony, nice views having a drink. Easy parking, close to ski slopes and Chamonix village.

We got a really nice big room with a balcony. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and speak very good English. I really recommend eating at the restaurant there. Breakfast was also great. Easy access to bus lines 1 and 2.

The hotel staff was amazingly friendly. The room and balcony was great with a great view of Mont Blanc. We also enjoyed dinner service, drinks and the pool.

The service was exceptional. Every member of staff we interacted with was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. We could not have asked for any more. The spa was also lovely and a great way to end the day after skiing.

The location of the residence was very central, close to the lifts,train station and to most bars & restaurants. The parking place underneath the hotel is very convenient! The staff were very kind,friendly and helpful! The rooms were very beautifully decorated and equipped!

The location is perfect, right in front of Chamonix Central Station. The train to the ice cave is right in front, and the view is amazing. The staff is friendly, and I was very satisfied with the kitchen facilities and cooking utensils.

The location was perfect. Close to everything. The train station and the tram to the glacier was 3 minutes away. The apartment was very comfortable ( 2 br 2 ba) and the Mont Blanc view from our balcony was amazing.

Ski in ski out - esf collected at the property- pool was fantastic- room clean and modern - great views- not far from Flaine

I loved the room itself, really good size. the bed was very comfy and kitchen facilities great. The pool was heated and great temp, especialy as the weather wasnt that warm. Staff spoke perfect english and went above and beyond to assist.
