Exceptional from start to end. The hotel itself is stunning, has a real feel of luxury yet in a very relaxing and chilled out setting. The staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming and the villas are beautifully furnished and a great size. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

It doesn’t get much better than those villas - they are just so well decorated and peaceful, super comfortable with the great addition of the pool river. Staff is super helpful and responsive, great room service as well as pool bar

The pools, for families with kids it's the perfect place, the spa is perfect for having a family 60mn session. The food is excellent with high-quality products and all kinds of diets. The service is amazing and 100% dedicated to guests. The rooms are spacious and well-designed.

This is a fantastic 5 star property staff and service is excellent. Rooms are of good size and excellent quality. Very modern and clean hotel, nothing to much trouble for the staff. Will be making a return visit. A few minutes walk to the beach, shopping and local restaurants.

Staff is amazing, food at breakfast is excellent. We also did buffet dinner every evening as we have a 16m old baby and it was perfect. Menu’ is different every day, lot of variety and it’s great food. Swimming pools are heated, which was perfect in early December.

Spacious rooms and huge bathrooms. Pool area is huge and there is always a spot for you. Breakfast buffet is amazing, and so is the view of the ocean. Cleanliness and service are without a doubt amazing.

Loved our stay there. Had an amazing sea view room. The only point I would raise is the music I could hear in the room every day all day due to the bar which is open until 1/1:30am daily from 8am onwards. This impacted my sleep. But the hotel, their restaurant, facilities were amazing.

Room: we asked to change the room by reception, and it was kindly done. Pool: excellent main pool with about 29 degrees T and jacuzzi next to it. Breakfast: excellent buffet breakfast with a white tablecloth, ocean view, coffee, and glass of cava.

The rooftop pool is fabulous with great views, the salt water pool on the ground floor is a welcome change. Very quiet hotel so if you are not wanting to be disturbed and want to be left to yourself this place is perfect. The breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and all delicious.

This hotel is in the perfect position for the beautiful beach and some amazing restaurants and shops. There is no need for a car. The hotel staff are amazing and very welcoming. We had once again a wonderful holiday there and will defintely return soon.

The spa was large, quiet and easy to use. We chose a cheaper room that was still really functional and clean. The breakfast was good and relaxed. The staff were helpful and available. The sunny terrace was a highlight. The food in the restaurant is great and the best in the village.

The breakfast is exceptional with many choices and good quality. All staff were very helpful and friendly and speak English. The view from the balcony is very good too with the forest and mountain at the back. Location is on the mountain, away from the very touristy spots.

Excellent spacious and very comfortable accommodation with a large terrace. Warm and cosy when the weather was inclement. Marvellous location with lovely views. Very obliging and friendly staff.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are stunning with views overlooking the sea. All of the staff were so friendly and attentive. If you get a chance to I would really recommend having dinner in their restaurant, Crater, which is well on its way to earning a Michelin star.

Property is amazing, rooms were so spacious and cleaned twice daily. Swim up pool was amazing as was the main areas. On site bar and restaurant all fabulous and the staff couldn’t have been nicer.

Excellent resort, with wonderful staff and very family friendly. The food was also good, and the breakfast buffet was great. We also very much appreciated that at 10 p.m. it was peace and quiet and you could sleep. It was very clean everywhere and kids of all ages could find something to do.

The hotel was great. Breakfast was amazing and the surrounding area was very peaceful and quiet. A short drive away was a little town with excellent restaurants and a path to walk along the coast to several beaches. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a really great time all the staff were amazing they couldn’t do enough for you . From the cleaning staff to the photographers the waiters and bar staff were all perfect. We stayed in room 180 and it had amazing views and a magnificent terrace .

The hotel couldn’t have done more for us. The location is perfect small walks either end of the beach to various restaurants and shops. The hotel is clean, all staff are friendly and super helpful and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice!

We loved everything about our stay at the hotel! The staff was very friendly, everything was nice and clean, breakfast and dinner amazing with many different meals. Pool area is very spacious and has enough place for all the guests.

Great location a short walk to a lovely beach bar and lovely restaurants of La Caleta. The pool areas are nicely done with lots of trees and plants so you don't feel like you're in a big hotel. Great breakfast choices. We loved the bar area and the staff were very friendly.

This is such a lovely hotel - the staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, the property itself is set in lovely grounds, the room was immaculately clean and spacious... It was the perfect place to relax in the sun with toddler. Family-friendly but in a subtle and understated way.

The location is nice and the view is amazing! Walking to the central streets and the beach would be challenging as the hotel is on a hill. Very nice territory with some beautiful spots and even some games for the children. Nice clean pool and lots of inflates provided for free.

We stayed here last year and love the location, it’s away from the centre, so nice and quiet, but centre and beach easily accessible on foot if you’re fit, by taxi/bus if you prefer. The balcony of our apartment was really big with fantastic views of sea and mountains. The staff are brilliant

Absolutely love this hotel. It’s spotless. Food is beautiful, we’ve only had 1 dinner and breakfast as didn’t arrive till late afternoon yesterday but was gorgeous. . The staff are so attentive and friendly. Plenty of sun beds which are super comfortable.

The rooms are huge with a decent sized balcony. mine was overlooking the outside of the hotel but that didn’t bother me as the sun came up that side. The food was varied and very tasty. Staff were lovely and very attentive. Location is very well placed, 10mins to the beach and restaurants.

Stayed for 4 nights in December and had a very relaxing time in our two bed villa which was spacious and comfortable. Reception service was excellent as was service in the restaurant for breakfast. A short taxi ride to Caleta or Fanabe gives access to plenty of restaurants and bars.

Located in a quiet place the villa was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The staff were always attentive and friendly.. overall stay was relaxing and comfortable I would definitely visit again

Amazing hotel and the staff are very accommodating. Very clean. The only downside is it would get a bit boring food wise if you were there for more than a week but for the 5 days we were there we experienced all the restaurants and it was great! The restaurant on the sea front is amazing!

Amazing stay - every staff member has been incredibly nice and helpful. No one could have done more for us! Amazing facilities - loved that there was sun cream at the pool, would have been great to have that at the beach. Definitely recommend staying here if you want a luxuriously relaxing holiday.

Fantastic experience! We loved this property so much! The on-site beach was so convenient and we didn't mind the location away from town since we had a rental car. Our suite was spacious and we I really loved the decor and the giant balcony. I would love to stay here again.

The hotel is good - clean, comfortable. Las Vistas beach is 750 m away (7 mins walk), bus 40 stop to the airport right next to it, staff are very helpful - the fixed the safe box quickly and also gave me an extra towel. WiFi is actually good on 1st floor.

The apartment we stayed in was comfortable, high quality and very clean. The resort itself had excellent amenities and a very friendly, helpful atmosphere. It was close to the airport and the taxis were easily available costing about 12 euro for the trip. I would be happy to stay there again.

Fabulous experience. It was clean; friendly; food was good (may get a bit tidous after 3 days). The pool was clean; it was very close to everything and a taxi ride to the popular spots is between €3.80 and €7. You could walk too along coastline...it's lovely and only takes 30 min.

The hotel is situated in one of the best areas in adeje. The room was very clean and spacious with a beautiful walk in shower.The only complaint I have is the all inclusive is finished at 10 am so you do not get the full days you pay for.

Everything in the Hotel is as described on the web. Nice cozy hotel in a fine location. The views from our room facing the ocean were fantastic. All the pools are very well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I can’t say enough about the staff, they were outstanding, extremely helpful and accommodating. They walked around smiling and interacting with everyone. The rooms were perfect and spotless clean. We had a family celebration and it couldn’t have gone any better. We all loved it 😀

A beautiful resort, so well kept and spotlessly clean. The apartment was so spacious with everything you could need for a self catering break. Balcony and sea view were an added bonus! Booking sunbeds - every hotel should do this!!
