Room was modern, clean and recently renovated Staff are very helpful and friendly. Mr Omar Sami made sure we get late checkout to accommodate for our late flight schedule. Food quality was good overall. Lobby bar was excellent, it was our favorite spot.

It’s very lovely bungalows, delicious breakfast with a lot of varieties. Nice area and it has its own beach plus free access by boat transfer to a big beach Zaytouna. Workers are polite and friendly. Rooms are clean and nice design!

Room was clean, A/C works, staff are friendly and breakfast was decent. Considering I paid $60 for the night, I would say it’s good value, but just to be clear this is not a luxury hotel, rather basic but clean and functioning.

I like all the hotel staff and meals all is clean and delicious. I want to say Many thanks to Mr Saad from FO for his welcome to me and my family and his cooperation in speeding up the housing for us.

The staff member at the reception called mahmoud he was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us .

Rooms are good and spacious. Lobby and other facilities are good as well . Good variety in food . kids really enjoyed the kids pool .

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive ( Special mention to Hanna and Mahmoud). The room was spacious, spotless clean and offered a breathtaking view. The food was delicious. The evenings were filled by vibrant entertainment that kept the atmosphere lively.

The service was exceptional, with the staff being both welcoming and friendly. The environment was spotless, and the food was simply outstanding.

This is hotel is amazing very very friendly staff especially front desk Arwa and Nour. The staff will go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional definitely if you want to stay in Elgouna I highly recommend the double tree Hilton!

Wonderful stay at Mosaique Hotel! The location is perfect, close to downtown and the marina. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Definitely recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable El Gouna getaway!

Location is really nice, far from noise but not too far from beach & restaurants. Staff are friendly & keen to make sure you are comfortable. Breakfast had options either continental in hotel or oriental in Ali Pasha, both were delicious.

Was lovely experience.. Warm and professional reception. Clean place and health measures are perfect. All needed arrangements to protect guests has been taken. Friendly staff and great location. The beach little far but and shared with other hotels but still not that crowded.

Attractive minimal design/architecture. Good location. No kids running around screaming is a blessing. Good food and drink options. Restaurant staff can be slow and disorganised, its not fine dining! But in general staff and service is attentive. Slightly disorganised Front desk, but friendly.

I loved the quiet and peacefulness of the hotel. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. The room was very far from the pool and the sea and the main building, which was the only issue. We liked the stay.

Hotel is very nice aesthetically, with very nice facilities. However, staff are not up to standard for a five star hotel. Especially the pool and reception staff. Most seemed untrained with some attitude problems and not very hospitable. Housekeeping staff were friendly and professional.
