Location is good. 3min walk to the lake. Dinner was delicious. Room is clean. Breakfast included buffet and à la carte. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Hotel offer free transport cards which gave the access to all public transport within Canton of Geneva.

It's a really great hotel with excellent design. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Lake Geneva, and major attractions are all within a few kilometers. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is good, and the restaurant staff are professional and patient.

Breakfast was very good, wait staff was very attentive. Room was small but comfortable. Valet was extremely helpful, he recommended some restaurants and was very happy to assist. Forgot his name but he parked our car when we got there. Got more info from the valet than the front desk.

Breakfast amazing. Location is perfect to see all of the city. The staff make this hotel unique as they are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They make you feel really special. Also the beds are really comfy!

The room was well equiped and very comfortable with a fantastic view; the heated pool was very enjoyable even by end of September. The bar and restaurant were excellent and prices were overall excellent value for money ! We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay there again.

The property was fully renovated and very clean providing kettle and coffee machine in the room , though the double room was small but for short stay it’s convenient since it’s 5 minutes walk to the train station and walking distance of 10 to 15 minutes to the town and shopping area

The location was perfect, a 10 minute walk to the train station, and a 10 minute walk to the lake. Just what we needed for our family of 4. There were quite a few nice little bars and restaurants all around the area. Fresh water every day and coffee in the room.

The hotel itself was lovely, staff were attentive and helpful. The facilities were all clean and well maintained. The only thing that was a slight - but still not massive issue - was the area it was in because there were a lot of prostitutes and drug users around.

- Very good hotel, they upgraded me. I was surprised, I got a suite. Friendly receptionist and welcoming too ! You get a very beautiful view on the mountains. Just in front of a supermarket if you want to grab some stuff. They also have a restaurant in the hotel.

The room was amazing and the staff very friendly. The restaurant is great and the quality of the food is awesome. Very convenient location for the business in the area.

What a wonderful hotel! A gem of a place. It's in an industrial zone, so more for people who are coming for work. That said, the room and restaurant was so charming that you forget you are next to Annemasse! Comfortable bed, clean, and quiet at night. I would happily stay here again.

It is a very modern hotel with comfortable beds and a magnificent view of the mountains. I love the fact that you receive free tickets to Vitam water park which is a lot of fun for the whole family. The Lego at reception was a lovely touch too.

Rooms were simple but very comfortable beds, staff were nice, lobby area really nice with lego for kids to play with, games, coffee and croissants for the adults. We went for the aqua park which had loads of different areas and our kids really enjoyed. Would recommend.

Location is perfect if you are visiting an exhibition in Palexpo. Room was clean and big enough for 2 people. Pool was great relax option after long day. Breakfast choice was very good. Restaurant offered delicious meals.

Hotel was perfect for a short stay,perfect location, perfect value for money, clean, comfortable, obviously some areas needed some updating, but it was a good space in Junior Suite at least. Close to the lake and Old town, easy check-in, late check-out.

Centrally located, within walking distance from railway station, spacious and quiet rooms, comfy beds I did not have breakfast, nor did I use the amenities. I liked the nespresso coffee maker in the room and the room decor.

The property was beautiful, very clean and comfortable! The staff were all very friendly 12:00 checkout meant our day of checkout was very relaxing! The property was very reasonably priced (especially since we booked last minute).

The location is great,the stuff is friendly Breakfast is wonderful and various.Very clean and comfy. Being in a center very silent and not bothering. I highly recommend.

It's located very close to the airport and has good public transport links towards the city. Very clean room with great quality king sized bed. Friendly and helpful staff too. Highly recommended hotel. The only downside is being not very quiet due to the flights close-by.

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Breakfast stay was good. Everthing is walkable from this hotel and the tram stop is right at the hotel too. The romms were a little small though and have to be careful with the bathtub a little too high. Toough to get in and out.

The hotel is located near centre but also near main train station and this was perfect for us. The tram station is just in front of the hotel also and the free full local transport tickets you can ask at the hotel . Inside looked clean and all there are polite and helpful .

This is a beautiful hotel. Location is a bit far from the city but we were driving so it is not a problem for us. The room is very clean, and bed is comfortable. The staff there was very friendly.

We could not afford a standard pricing at this hotel but we got a special offer and a free upgrade so it was quite the experience. The rooms are super comfortable, quiet and clean. The bathroom was a dream and the bed very comfortable. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.

We stayed here for a quick trip to Geneva. A good location and a very nice hotel. We are Titanium Elite members and were upgraded to a beautiful suite. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was also good. Very convenient to train and super easy to get into city. Would definitely stay here again

Clean. Free parking and close to the airport. There’s a cafe and a lidl in the same building so skip the breakfast and go buy some fresh bread etc. The staff are very welcoming, the bed is comfy and the shower is good.

Nice spacious, Comfortable room. Friendly staff, that were easy to comincate in English as our French is not that good. Central Geneva is close (30 min on free regular bus). Convenient shops close by.

The kitchenette was a great addition to the room. The nearby shop was handy to get some basic supplies. Breakfast was delicious and the waitress went out of her way to be extra helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in and around Geneva.

Close to the train station and the lake. Staff were very helpful and friendly, a credit to the hotel. Our twin room was very spacious, clean and had complimentary bottled water. Breakfast was delicious, a good variety and very welcoming staff member.

We really enjoyed our stay here and loved it's central location. The room was lovely and spacious and the breakfast was beautiful. The fresh orange juice, fresh fruit and cooked to order eggs were all delicious. The one area they could improve on is to have a good gluten free bread.

It is probably one of the best hotels in Geneva. The staff is polite and very helpful, everything is clean, there is a great view on the city and the breakfasts are the best ones I ever had in a hotel. Everything you need is available, including even a separate dog menu!

Truly fantastic place to stay. Great location, very clean, many complimentary small perks, very comfortable beds, very spacious and luxurious. Even the pull out queen sofa bed was very comfortable for an adult. It felt like a stay at the Four Seasons at a fraction of the price.

Exceptional service (they will help you with anything!!), rooms were very spacious and clean, very well kept up with. Blow dryer and hair flat iron were provided, which is great for American travelers! The beds were very comfortable and free laundry service was perfect.

The apartment was perfect, clean and comfortable. I would like to thank the reception team specially Linda for here great hospitality and attitude. Hotel location is great sited in middle of the town. I enjoyed the stay. Thank you Swiss luxury apartments.

the location was good with a bottle shop right in front of the hotel. Closed to many restaurants and a supermarket. Transport at the door and included with the stay. There is a bar in the hotel open until 1am which is a big bonnus. Clean and spacious rooms, comfy bed.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel de La Cigogne! It is in a perfect location to walk to all of the sites, restaurants and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again if my travels bring me back to Geneva!

It's very easy to reach and there are free parking Spaces. The room is small, but it is very clean, almost spotless. The warm-hearted landlord recommended the nearby trails and coffee bars to us. Although there is a slight smell of cow dung when eating outdoors, isn't this the scent of nature.

Functional and clean, quiet and bright. They upgraded us from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment, and it had a view of trees and mountains, which was fabulous. Laundry facilities onsite were great.

Amazing location with easy connection to Geneva, the property is spacious and it had everything in it. Rooms were amazing and same with the bathroom. We were lucky enough to have a garden at the front. Over all our stay felt like we were home!

The location is prefect if you want to visit Geneva. The apartment was spacious, well furnished for cooking with big balcony. Late self check in was highly appreciated. Also dog friendly, highly recommended!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. It is well above what you expect from a two star hotel.

The location was extremely central, the staff/owners (family owned) were fantastic and very welcoming. The property was so well kept - clean, roomy.

Outstandingly helpful staff...polite, professional and nothing was too much trouble.
