Perfect location for visiting the Wieliczka salt mine and the places around it. The room was cozy, quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good, offering a large variety of quality products. The staff was friendly.

The hotel is situated in a park just stone’s throw from the entrance to the Salt Mine. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was immaculately clean. We loved the comfortable terrace overlooking the fountain and parkland.

The hotel is amazing, lovely garden, very well located, good breakfast. Inside the room it could be perfect if it had a shutter or a black out curtain for total sun block. The restaurant staff could improve to the standard of reception and house keeping staff level (kind and attentive).

The transfer from the airport was extremely helpful. The breakfast was very delicious. The ambience was lovely. It is literally right behind the main entrance to the gorgeous and awe inspiring salt mine. The reception staff was extremely helpful.

A comfortable 4* hotel, good value breakfast and dinner, though a 8:00am start for breakfast is late for travellers. It’s located 100 meters from the salt mine.

Location was perfect and even though it was situated on a really busy road in the Old Town, the room was really quiet. Superb room which was very clean. Had breakfast on 1 morning and it was great, lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and helpful staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided and had plenty of fresh food and a good selection. we tried the tasting menu with wine pairing one evening nd it is certainly 5*. Rooms are clean and well stock with tea/coffee and mini bar. Bathrooms well maintained with toiletries.

The style and comfort of the hotel was perfect for us. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were all excellent- very courteous and attentive. The breakfast buffet was extensive and a great way to start the day.

The employees throughout the hotel from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff were all very friendly with a smile, helpful, and professional. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and modern. Will definitely recommend this hotel and use this property again in the future.

Lovely hotel. Very clean, the staff are lovely and breakfast was good. We enjoyed the pool and sauna which were usually very quiet. We had a room on the first floor and it was a great size and quiet too. It was almost perfect.

Fantastic hotel. All the staff were really friendly. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast was lovely with loads of choice and the food at the restaurant was delicious. It was only a ten minute walk to the tram stop. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was clean comfy beds and pillows but the breakfast was not the best. The coffee not great and the fruit juices offered at breakfast were very watery and didn’t taste nice. The cooked breakfast was not of a great standard. The toaster didn’t work and just warmed the bread.

Nice location, take a room with river view and balcony, big, comfortable rooms. Walking to the city center takes about 20 - 30 minutes along the river, very quiet location for rooms facing the river.

The general ambience and atmosphere was super relaxing and calm. The staff were super attentive, caring and efficient. The breakfast was excellent and the view from the terrace is perfect to start the day. The staff also made it all very nice.

AC Hotel by Marriott has become my go-to place in Krakow. The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Its location is away from the main square, but close enough to walk to. There are a few good restaurants in the area.

Property was modern and room was spacious, staff were efficient and quick when issue or request was reported. TV in room has internet access to connect to Netflix and YouTube which was great for rainy days! Daniel was amazing and friendly and deserves to be recognised for his service :)

We loved everything about the H15 Luxury Palace - the nice big room with such a comfortable bed and enormous luxury bathroom, amazing breakfasts and the very classy spa and pool; above all the stand out for us were the charming and friendly staff

The hotel was a fabulous find converted from a palace with lots of history. The conversion is modern and sympathetic at the same time. Its location in Krakow old town is superb and convenient for sightseeing, close to all restaurants and bars.

This was a nice place to stay with helpful, friendly staff, and a comfortable room albeit a bit worn. You really need to have a car here though as it is a little bit out of the way in a residential area.

Other than the beds being very hard it wa Fab an we would go again. My son loved the pool and sauna, shame the Jacuzzi was broke though. Really clean quiet location.

This budget option was perfect for our needs. This was a very simple and dated room but extremely clean and kind staff. The price couldn’t be beat. Would absolutely use again for a budget place to sleep. The only place in Poland we stayed with easy parking.

The property was spotless, fully stocked with all the essentials, and offered a very comfortable bed for a great night’s sleep. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable—perfect for remote work.

The apartment was spacious and had a luxury feel. It was well located and clean. The communication from the host was also very good and they left complimentary coffee pods. The elevator was easy to access and made it possible for my elderly parents to go up and down with ease.

Especially the terrace and sauna were perfect. The location is really good. The host is very friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent, 5-10 minutes walking distance to the historic centre. The building itself is located in a very quiet living area, peaceful, safety and very green. The apartment faces inner yard with beautiful green gardens which is quiet and great for relaxing and a good night sleep.

The location was perfect, the old town was close to the hotel. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was really nice. I like the interior of hotel. The parking place was safe and by the hotel.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is beautifully located by the river, offering peaceful views and easy access to the city’s main attractions. The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommended!

Good location to central area, kind staff, clean room, tasty breakfast with a great view, and dog-friendly.

The hotel is next to the Vistula, near to the Wavel. The reception lady was kind and helpful, our room was tiny but comfortable. On request we have got a room with river sight which was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was delicious and colorful we tried a lot of polish speciality.

Clean room with great views. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. The 2 restaurants in the hotel are very good. The beds are very comfortable and soft. The only thing I found weird was that the Blue Swan and Niebieski hotel shared 1 reception.

Bardzo ładnie zaprojektowany apartament w starej kamienicy. Kamienica całkowicie odnowiona i elegancko wykończona. W apartamencie jedynie drobne usterki na minus, poza tym bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Niektóre rozwiązania nie praktyczne, ale ze względu na wygląd całości można je pominąć.

Excellent location in the old town. It was a very quiet and comfortable room, also very clean. The electric hairdryer in the bathroom was a bonus! Staff were friendly and helpful. On another trip I would definitely try the gym or even the squash courts!

The staff were amazing. Extremely helpful, attentive and approachable. Room was a great size for solo traveller and was immaculate. The gym was good with everything needed for a good workout. Tea and coffee facilities were great too. Really good location, quite central to all parts of the city.

The location is perfect because everything is nearby, and they let me leave my bags without any problem. The room was very clean, and the staff were really nice and helpful.

A very cool apartment, located in a peaceful area only a short few minutes walk from both the old town and Kazimierz area. The host Katarzyna was amazing and super helpful, and everything worked perfectly.

Great, spacious property that was clean, well equipped and well located. Katarzyna the host was also very helpful, knowledgeable and good with comms. Highly recommended.

The apartment was clean, wide and comfortable with the excelent view from the balcony. Just in front of the apartment is railway station so it was very easy and fast to get to the Old town and to the Wiewliczka salt mine.

The property was extremely clean on arrival, the host was very helpful. The neighbourhood was quiet, but still had a good range of services.

The gold apartment is very confortable, cosy, very well equipped, quiet. All the apartments are clean.

The flat is sparkling clean, the neighborhood is safe, the cafe downstairs is buona, the supermarket is just next door, everything is just great
