Perfect hotel in Kuala Lumpur in front of the Petronas towers. The food is great and the personal is outstanding and very friendly. The pool bar with the pool is top notch for relaxing with some drinks. Room is very modern and high tech. Memorable experience I will never forget.

Funky, modern and yet still comfortable, the W provides a cool escape from hectic KL. Staff were so welcoming and kind, the buffet breakfast was delicious and the location meant that we could walk to Bukit Bintang in ten minutes, the Petronas Towers and KLCC in two.

The pool and wet bar with the view is amazing. The rooms are super nice and modern. The hotel staff were all very friendly and amazing.

The room was a huge 1 bedroom and it was beautiful. loved the view! the location was perfect, near all the establishments, restaurants, bar, massage. Enjoyed the breakfast view on the 48th floor.

The stay was great, its quiet, clean, easily walkable to transit, restaurants, cafes , safe, and the team was helpful with whatever I needed.

Location was quiet at the end of a busy street about 15 min walk to Bukit Bintang station. Staff were friendly, the accommodation had everything you needed, they offered to clean your room daily, if you wanted it. The views from our 32nd floor room were amazing of the KL and the bank tower.

This is our 2nd stay in Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon. This apartment is in the middle of city and walkable to Pavilion, Bukit Bintang and all the shopping centres. It is also walkable to many restaurants and bars etc. In our opinion it is the perfect location.

Spacious room with luxury materials, shower products were really good, coffee in the room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. We found a delicious cake in our room as a good gesture for our honeymoon. The breakfast was really good and shout out to the kaya toast!!!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, from the delicious breakfast with breathtaking views, to the spotless room and relaxing spa. The hotel’s location next to KLCC and the adjoining shopping mall made everything incredibly convenient. I will definitely come back.

Nice, clean and spacious apartman with a spectacular view from the living room. Really cool pool on level 6, nice gym, the restaurant next to the pool serve delicious dishes on decent price. The rooftop pool gives you also a breathtaking view of central KL.

The apartment is in a fantastic location with a great view. It has 2 lovely pools. The rooftop pool has an amazing view of the Petronas Towers. The apartment was very clean & comfortable. Restaurants are just a short stroll.

Everything was good. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The toilet was spotless and well-maintained. All basic amenities were provided, including an iron, which made the stay even more convenient.

Rooms were renovated but bathroom were not renovated, mouldy grout in the shower area, bath tub area and the sink area. in general, rooms were clean, house keeping service was good. breakfast service was not so friendly especially the service staff

I got a free upgrade to a premium room since it was my first stay, such a nice surprise! The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was spacious with everything I needed. Breakfast was exceptional. Great location too, with a 24-hour supermarket and Family Mart nearby for late-night snacks.

Very modern, everything worked and the room was quite spacious. Like the inclusion of things like powered curtains, buttons to signal please don’t disturb, etc The breakfast buffet is probably the best and most extensive I have ever come across.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, especially with the exceptional service provided by Nisa! She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast was also fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options. Highly recommend!

Paid at hotel rate but got a super spacious apartment, which is clean, new with modern design. Very comfortable throughout my stay. Hotel Staff are helpful, welcoming and accommodating.

Loved our stay here! Hotel was clean, staff was really helpful & friendly. Just right behind KLCC. Pool view was amazing, they even have a kids play room which our little one enjoyed. Definitely one of the best we've stayed at and will definitely come back again!

Everything! The staff were so friendly and helpful! The bed was super comfortable and huge! The furnishings were very luxurious and the layout was very functional! The Starbucks coffee machine in the foyer got a serious workout and very appreciated.

We received a very warm welcome by Mr. Mobinul Karim. The large suite was very clean fully equipped. Amazing views fron the spacious balcony, a good fitness facility and of course an infinity-pool with stunning views.

Amazing location , so convenient to all major attractions and easy walk to KLCC . Apartment was very spacious and spotless and our host was in constant communication regards checking in etc . The rooftop pool was superb . The view directly overlooking the Petronas Towers was amazing

Have stayed in various locations in KL and this is by far the best. Quiet street right near an LRT station, with shops & cafes nearby. The rooms are huge and while an older style are still very comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly & efficient. Highly recommend E&O and would stay again.

The 1 bedroom unit was huge and cozy. Upon check in, the guards and staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is easily accessible by public transport, walking distance to monorail. Safety wise, it was safe to walk around the area as the compound can only be accessible by residences card.

For the executive room, we can have our breakfast on the same floor, 11th floor. Avoid the cramp at the restaurant.....which helps us avoid the crowd at the restaurant downstairs. Very convenient.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom club ! These rooms are well renovated and clean and comfortable. Minibar is complimentary. Location is really great with BTS mall connected to lobby and Bukit bintang within walking.

The apartment in general was good and the location was convenient with some minmarts and good breakfast places nearby. The view from the 23rd floor was nice as well. The staff was helpful with providing advance information and organizing an airport transfer for us. The beds were comfortable.

The Robertson was a great place to stay. The two bedroom suite was large and spacious. The view we had on floor 43a was amazing, especially at night. It was very convenient having the food stalls and stores just outside the residences. Easy to walk to Jalan Alor for food. I would stay here again.

The best location ever you would get in KL, it's at the heart of the city, the building it's self has own huge shopping centre of almost 12 levels, food courts with Asian and western food and an amazing theme park inside the mall, I know it's unbelievable. The room is extra big with great views over the twin towers and the entire city. Clean all over, well furnished, has it's own modem and super fast wifi. (Free) check in was easy as The man was waiting for me outside the main door, I would love to stay here again and again.

The rooms were futuristic and super comfy! the toilets were exceptional! the bed comfy as always in all four seasons! the breakfast was also amazing! overall perfect place to stay in KL

The best luxury hotel stay we've been in. Family oriented, services and hospitality warm, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet that comes with it is superb. They make you feel at home. Will go again if given chance again.

The staff name didi very friendly and helpful and he welcoming us well..all of the staff also very polite,helpful,and always smile..we like the view from our hotel and the distance to klcc just by crossing small road..its really good..

The toilet was amazing with the cool functions on it, the look of the hotel and room was sophisticated. We got complimentary breakfast which was very kind. The breakfast was incredible. The location and facilities such as having Nobu at the hotel elevated the luxurious feel of the stay there

The room size, decor and amenities were all excellent. The breakfast was amazing and the espresso coffee was great. Service was attentive and very comfortable.

Very clean, very helpful and nice staff, they don’t give you a reason to be upset, instead of late checking and long breakfast Q they offered me free breakfast for two days, I didn’t ask for it even.

The suite was beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable. Added bonus is the massage room and bed. Breakfast was delicious. This hotel is good if you plan to stay in and rest.

The room are big and comfortable, location of hotel is easy to find. Toilet are nice. Breakfast buffet provided a lot of nice and child friendly foods.
