The staff were attentive. There were different activities going on every day, which was a lot of fun. The meals were really delicious with lots of variation. It was nice that there were bars and a coffee shop and a snack corner.

Amazing hotel complex with an impressive amenities, delicious and various food, exciting aqua park and most importantly, a sand beach with yellow sand. We tried seaview room and also beach house room. Both are perfect! I am truly curious what a more expensive hotel can offer extra?

Everything was great. They put us in a really nice room down by the beach and the staff was friendly. Dinner was very busy, but breakfast was calm and quiet.

The food choice was good and varied. Very large well maintained pool. My room was spacious and clean. The girl who did my room was brilliant. She was so friendly and kept the room spotless. I am a solo traveller. A little smile and hello is always appreciated. Wifi was ok.

Tasty food, with a great variety to choose from. The territory is huge and beautifully green, perfect for walks and relaxation. There are fun slides for both adults and kids, making it enjoyable for the whole family. The staff is very helpful and friendly, which makes the experience even better.

The hotel is on the beach (with great diving center in front on the beach-Capitan Silver diving center). The food, pools, outdoor area are great. And if you have children, in water park you can spend a great time there with so much fun.

Amazing hotel location. Beach was amazing. My 9 year old son really enjoyed the pool slides. The room was modern, with great air con and quiet location.

Everything is organized and clean. The room was spacious and it was kept clean. The food was decent with a wide selection, you'll definitely find somethings you'll like. They look after their facility with constant cleaning of the roads and the beach showers. The staff are nice and helpful.

Everything was great exept for food options, quality needs to be improved a bit. Room was old, but clean and spacious. Good aquapark and kids club. Also the bar areas by the pool smell bad and makes you not want to have a drink! I think for the price paid way overpriced!

The resort is amazing. They have considered everything that keep the guest staying as convenient as possible. They care about the environment and we wittinessed that the hotel has employees with disabilities to encourge them to work and engage in the community which excellent idea.

A fantastic family holiday, while it is sunny with many pools to choose from and a bar at each one! No entertainment in the evenings and nothing to do when it rains. We had 5 amazing days there and would definitely recommend.

24 hours food and drunk service by name of late breakfast late lunch late dinner and so on Wow never happen to hungry for a-minute , i suggest this hotel more of familly vacation

This hotel is gorgeous. The staff are All wonderful, very helpful, really committed & approachable. The beds are comfy. The spa is just so relaxing. Lots of sun bed. The beach is amazing especially if you book a pavilion on the beach. Food is really good.

The restaurant staff was friendly, large variety of food, cleaning every day. The beach shuttle was fast and the beach was not full. Even though the alcohol was not the best quality, there was little waiting time at the bar.

We truly recommend this hotel, the staff is an incredibly kind, helpful and very welcome. The rooms are very clean, wide variety of food and very tasty. Fatih is very friendly, kind and provide very good entertainment. The hotel is located in very good place and beach is very clean.

We spent a wonderful holidays in this excellent hotel. Fresh and healthy food, lots of sports courses with an amazing view to the sea. The staff is very friendly and made our stay just perfect.

Lovely place, spacious rooms, great food in the main restaurant. I also liked the massage. My daughter totally enjoyed her time in the pool with slides. Sand beach, calm sea, nice bars, everything is clean.

Loved the waterslides, just wish they were open a bit more (same with beach access/pool, can't swim at night). Internet can be very slow. Staff was super friendly and buffet had good food variety. Had a wonderful couple's vacation there.

This hotel is amazing. Everything was perfect- delicious food, rooms service, pool and animators, epecially miss MiMi, our children love her. Evening live music and dance show were great too. We are looking forward to next holidays in this wonderful place.

A smaller hotel in a very nice part of the town, close to the shops and not more than 10 minutes walking to the beach. Cleaning service was perfect and there was very helpful and nice staff. I will definitely come back.

Staff were great, so friendly and helpful. The complex as a whole was brilliant, spacious and very nice aesthetically. Lot's of food options, and a 24 hour bar for those who need that. Room was super comfortable and I could have easily stayed a lot longer!

All meals/ options were amazing, choice was great, even the paid restaurants on site were of a high std especially the Saffron turkish restaurant, was exceptional as was all the staff in all areas of the hotel.

Very relaxing experience, apart from having to rise early to be able to get a bed by the pool, maybe more beds and umbrellas for future summers to come. The Seasons Bar was excellent, food wonderful and waiters attentive and personable, hat's of to Gin, provided great service and good conversation.

We did enjoy our rest in this hotel. We had good room, excellent food and service. We liked evening shows and aquapark. Beach rest was perfect also.

This hotel is close to the side antique. Around there’s a lot of bars, restaurants. Hotel is clean have a big territory. Food and drinks was quite ok. We liked a lot the small Italian restaurant. Working people are mega friendly 👍☺️ Thd beach is clean.

Amazing view, close proximity to the beach. Abundance of restaurants and entertainment. The swimming pools are stunning. Especially we'd like to note how remarkable Ficus bar was - awesome drinks, amazing crew, fabulous location.

A very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The problem is that food is presented warm or cold, never hot. A large variety of sweets. Aylin at Customer Service is very helpful and servicial. Perfect cocktails. Hotel is very beautifully lit at night. Shops close by.

We liked the landscape of the gardens, the kids' club, the lake view was amazing, also the beach bar and the pool bar were very good there were lots of tasty verities. We liked most of the theatre shows except the Cuba acrobat,we think that the sensual dance was not appropriate for kids.

Everything we go back for a couple of nights every year.. so clean comfy and friendly staff can’t do enough for you.

The location was about 50 mins to 1 hour from the airport which is great when travelling with children. Hotel was clean, great food options, friendly staff. Bus transfer was very frequent to the beach only a 3 minute drive or less than 10 min walk which we did a few times.

Good organization of all the processes, nice staff; Party zone is far enough away from the rooms and it is comfortable to sleep or spend time calmly here. Beautiful view of the pools and mountains from the reception area Quite wide area of the own beach (comparing to other hotels)

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The location , the food, the breakfast, the rooms. Cleanliness and everything. The staff at the reception can be more welcoming. No language barrier, english and german was spoken. Food was fresh and service at the hotels was very good.

Variety of food and drinks all day long, good playgrounds for children, football pitch, enough number of swimming pools and bars (even at the beach). The beach is just within 3 min by walking or 30 sec by hotel shuttle. Old town of Side is 10 min driving away.

The ambience ,the street and the beautiful night life. The hotel itself is great with good vibes and loads of fun for the kids. The restaurant is lovely too and as described loads of swimming pools and all functioning fully.

Hotel is located in city center near the river. It is a fine three-star hotel offering slightly above standard accommodation. My room was nice, well-equipped, with a view of the river area. Wi-fi worked all the time. Breakfast buffet was a bit modest; however, it was still fine. As I spent there just one night, I was fully satisfied with my stay.

Staff were quite nice. The hotel was quite nicely designed but felt like the owners neglected it somewhat. Rooms had missing light fittings. There was no sensor lights for staircase at night? The rooms were nice however. The food was not very good. No real breakfast. This was during Covid, but if the hotel is advertised to be open they really should put more care into the food aspect. Rooms smell like smoke :( Some more than others. Good open parking lot. All in all glad we stayed at this hotel. The area surrounding was very peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful water channel and nice walking path.

stayed only one night while touring antalya and side. super 5 star. while not on the beach it has a hotel tram or walk 220m to hotel beach. walk along the board walk to the ruins.fantastic buffet. We didn't get a chance to try the specialty restaurants.will stay here again.

Me and my family had a fantastic time in the hotel it is family friendly and my children and I didn't find ourselves bored. The hotel offers new and exciting activities every day. The food and the drink were great quality. The room was spacious, modern and welcoming.

Excellent hotel , friendly staff, great cuisine , well maintained Aqua park. I cannot find a flaw but there is room for improvement If the hotel staff are taught basic English then would be much easier to the English speaking people staying there.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Lago Hotel. The hotel and the area around it was stylish, beautiful and clean. The rooms were rather on the small side, but they were well equipped and comfortable, everything you needed was available in the room. The refrigerator in the room was filled daily with soft drinks. The selection of food was versatile, a lot of fresh, and it was especially nice to have fresh juices at breakfast. Pool area/beach were pleasant. Lots of activities, the gym was quite well equipped. I highly recommend. We will definitely visit the hotel again in the future.

A really nice hotel. Interesting, modern decor, spacious rooms and clean. Delicious, varied food. The service was very nice, communicative and helpful. For me, the advantages are the abundance of activities and the proximity to the beach. Possibility of easy access to ancient Side along the promenade. A place worth recommending.

We had a very pleasent stay in this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Also on the beach, chairman, bartenders all of them ready to help and serve you all day. Rooms are nice, clean and fresh and the interieur had lots of cute and suprising details. Food was good, compliments to the chef and staff. Thank you

We spent a very pleasant 10 days at the hotel, the staff was extremely kind and polite (except the reception, but I will write about that in the "disliked" section). Abundant, high-quality food, evening programs, staff and service on the beach *5. I would gladly recommend it to anyone, trusting that the inconvenience that happened to us will not happen to them. We loved our stay. The food was delicious, the staff was super friendly: they speak English, German, Russian and Turkish ofc. We didn’t have any problems with waiters etc (but we also don’t drink alco); restaurant is big enough for everyone. I’d recommend to go to their spa, it was amazing!!!!! Location of the hotel is ok, it’s around 3km to the city center. Beach was so-so and we swam at our beach just ones cuz the bottom is not the best and it’s too busy there cuz of other hotel next to it..however we made nice walks (~800m right or ~1km left to Dafne hotel and there’s a perfect sea to swim); we don’t like laying on a beach so it was perfect for us to have some walks. Gym is small and hot, not a lot of equipment is there but you still can do something. The aquagym was fun to do Soundproof rooms!!! But next to the elevators it can be loud I guess.. WiFi is good enough to chat and call.
