Great location, a pool on the 14th floor with a terrace and amazing view. Very comfortable, spacious appartment, included washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom. The temperature of the pool water was perfect.

Check in was smooth and professional and all facilities were explained. Our room was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Bathroom was huge with a great shower and all toiletries were provided. Breakfast was yummy and drinks and afternoon tea in the Lobby Lounge were lovely.

Everything was very clean and modern. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rate for the room we stayed in was very reasonable considering it included valet parking and a buffet breakfast in the morning. Me and my partner had the best stay!

The location is perfect! It’s in the city center which is walkable to the CBD. The staff are super helpful and friendly as we have a child with us. They helped us a lot. The facility and breakfast are perfect too.

Staff were very attentive and friendly. Location was in a great area within walking distances of landmarks and shopping areas. The breakfast buffet did not disappoint either. The room itself was spacious and the mattress was very comfortable.

Good sized room and comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast was pretty good. Good bathroom and shower. I didn't use it but the heated rooftop pool had good views and would be great for a relaxing drink.

I think this could be the best place I have ever stayed. From the friendly staff on arrival, great coffee to the comfortable room. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. We even got to sit in the sauna to warm up after going to the footy. Highly recommended and we can’t wait to stay here again.

It was modern, cosy and had absolutely everything we required. The staff were friendly and the king bed was very super comfortable. My favourite part of the room was the window seat which overlooked crown casino with the bright city lights and water views.

Comfortable and clean hotel room which was a walkable distance from the cbd. Our room also had nice views towards the river.

Top location. Walking distance to Southbank restaurants and also the convention centre if there for business. We had a twin room which as very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and the hotel is very reasonably priced. This is my second visit and will be back again.

Love the location. Always clean, always friendly helpful staff. Another time I accidentally booked the wrong week, they couldn’t accommodate us that night but were very compassionate and offered water while I sat and found another hotel. Their staff are all friendly not just desk staff.

Room was spacious and bed was comfy, i wish my window view wasn't covered with another building and that there's breakfast or coffee shop at the property. There were a lot of breakfast place close to the hotel so it's not a big deal.

The staff were super friendly, accommodating and helpful. On-site parking, great location..large comfy rooms. Great bathroom. Decent size gym for a hotel. Close to public transport, shopping and amazing restaurants.

Location to the Show and restaurant we were going to was perfect. Buffet breakfast was great, although a decent coffee would have been better with the buffet. You have to pay extra for that. A tad greedy for me, but so be it.

The staff in the hotel were amazing, friendly and always greeted with a smile. The room was comfortable, with 2 big screen tvs, a comfy bed and a lovely soft dressing gown to wear. Although in the city the room was quiet. The indoor pool and spa were great. Great choice for breakfast.

We had a lovely stay at Quay West, we were lucky to be upgraded to a bigger room with a view. The room was clean and spacious, and the pool was beautiful to swim in. Breakfast was also very nice!

Nice and modern apartment. We booked a two bedrooms apartment and were upgraded into a three bedrooms penthouse on arrival, very nice surprise. Fantastic river view and easy access, short and free tram ride to and from the city area. Lot of restaurant choices within walking distance.

Location was perfect as I was going to a conference at the convention centre. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. All aspects of the room were great and it was very clean. The kitchen had everything I needed. The view was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend to others.

I love this hotel and it is the perfect place to stay if you have an early flight in the morning. Check in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, restaurants and shopping nearby, and The Vic Market just a few minutes walk away. The apartment was on the 33rd floor and the views were amazing. Staff also very friendly.

The room is comfortable and clean. There was a dirty spoon in the bathroom sink which was odd. The hotel needs a lick of paint and new carpeting but it's not awful by any means. Staff were very nice and friendly. Airport shuttle was very convenient.

For my own reasons, Gateway provided me a very comfortable stay. Room was spacious, wifi worked, temperature adjustable. Surrounding area was very minimal but the small convenient store provided enough for my breakfast or lunch.

I liked that as a solo traveller I felt comfortable and safe. The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot of gluten free options. The room service menu also had a choice of a few gluten free options and the food was very fresh and yummy.

Great little hotel close to everything. The rooms are spacious with everything you need, air conditioning and opening windows, tea and coffee making facilities, shower over bath, warm lighting and comfy bed. Breakfast was a simple selection of cereals, toast, pastries and warm food.

The location was good as we had family in the area. Very handy to trams and was close to CBD. Hotel is a little dated now but room was clean and a good size. Staff were very friendly. We used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and enjoyed the meals.

The room was beautiful and bright. Great city views and everything we needed to be comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had pre booked at another hotel that starts with “W” at the end of our trip and all wished we were back at Avani instead.

Excellent, quiet, beautiful apartment with very comfortable beds and spacious living room. Excellent kitchen area. We had everything we needed for a really nice stay at Avani. The location is fantastic, close to restaurants, supermarkets and local transportation.

Well appointed apartment hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, & always very quiet there. Staff very friendly & helpful when needed. Only a short 5 minute walk to Queen Victoria Markets.

The view was great. Pool was good. The room was very clean and spacious. Facilities great. Just needed pool cues with tips and table tennis bat & ball were dodgy. Bad very happy to stay here again with kids.

My appartment was a 2 bedroom one on the 52nd floor. It had good views towards the south. The appartment was clean and comfortable. While not large it was cosy and well equiped. The property is well located and close to Melbourne's major station, Southern Cross Station.

Nice location. Was a little noisy . Few things broke like shower clamp . Blinds in bedroom didn’t close all the way and the closer did brake but was fixed quickly. Friendly service. Nice pool and friendly staff. Bed was comfy and I would stay there again . 😄

The location was excellent. Close to Vic Market, Lygon St & Melb CBD. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The coffee at their Cafe is one of the best we've had.

Arrow on Swanston is a nice and cosy hotel. The room is clean and tidy; the environment is clean and quiet; the staff is friendly. Beyond that. Arrow on Swanton is very close to Melbourne University where I did my business during my stay.

Very affordable, the room is nice and clean. This hotel makes my money worth. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. While it wasn’t luxurious, everything was functional and well-maintained.

Great location, comfortable beds and a range of pillows available. Pool would be better covered or heated. Strange surrounds with apartments surrounding the complex. The water pressure in the shower was pretty terrible - the shower head too big for the flow of water available.

Stayed here twice now and its great! Nothing too fancy, but a nice clean bed to sleep in and everything you really need! The pool looks so nice, although its been cold when I've gone, so never actually used it! But cheap parking and free wifi! Cant go wrong!

Customer service was excellent. Convenient location for 15 min walk to cafes and shops in Brunswick. Property undergoing renovation but did not impact us. Bathroom had a shower in bath so not good for elderly or those with mobility issues. This may change after reno. Easy parking.

I was working at the Convention Centre so the location of the accommodation was perfect. Just a short walk each morning and I was in South Wharf. Lots of restaurants etc near by. Apartment had everything I needed, was very quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable

Honestly a really amazing apartment for our stay. The Bed was comfy. The kitchen was great to have! The washer and dryer were also so handy. Only a short walk to crown and southern cross. Balcony was also a really nice view!

Beautiful spacious apartment, gorgeous view over the city, perfect position to catch the free trams and short walk over the river to the Crown and DFO. Just stunning!

The apartment was extremely comfortable with quality furnishings and crockery. The view was absolutely amazing. It has everything you need including a beautiful pool with a view. Close to trams, shops, everything you need. Highly recommend it.

The location is perfect. CBD on Elizabeth Street. The view from the apartment is amazing. The apartment is comfortable, equipped, and well designed. Jack gave us clear instructions for the check-in and check-out.

The premises was perfect for our family of four. We spent a lot of time in St Kilda so the location with the tram stops out the front was perfect. We could still walk into the heart of the city also. The apartment was modern and had amazing views. Will definitely stay again.

It’s clean and the place is very comfortable to stay.Bed and linens are very nice to use and the mattress is very comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen has lots of utensils to use and we have also a television and wifi.

Communication with Ben was great. Walking distance to cafes, bars and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Very clean.

The view was beautiful, so high up had great city veiw. Pool and spa was amazing and had a beautiful view as well!

Great views, clean and very comfortable stay. Easy access to tram and local activities. A very happy customer.

The place was amazing. The 1 bedroom apartment is great value. Working in Melbourne and having access to wash your clothes or cook is amazing. When my internet didn't work, they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom apartment. It was amazing but the 1 bedroom was lovely as well

Enjoyed my stay at Orange Stay at Collins Wharf. Nice and friendly staff and amazing views of Yarra river from the room.

Excellent view and clean accomodation. Convenient location with free tram just next to door. Nice coffee all around.

The facilities at the hotel were fantastic and nice and clean and spacious. The view was superb to the Dandenongs and Albert was very helpful on check in. the private parking was perfect and easy to access. We would stay again at your condo. There are plenty of eating places nearby

Small and comfortable apartment, nice view of the dandenong ranges. Very close to Glenwaverly train station and close to so many eateries and right next to the big shopping center The Glen. Very safe apartments and relatively clean . Some of the furniture looked a bit used but still was clean.

The property is very clean and in a great location, with easy access to the shopping center and restaurants. It also offers a spacious view.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, good amenities, great facilities, view and pool. Wonderful customer service!!
