Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Possibly the best hotel staff I have encountered in Europe. Really delicious food with a lot of nice options. Very clean and excellent facilities. Pretty much everything was fantastic.

Hotel Das Urbisgut had everything we needed, the perfect spot for a ski weekend. The food was incredible, the staff were so helpful and friendly and they even had a spa/ wellness centre for guests to use after a day on the slopes. Couldn’t recommend this spot highly enough!

Herbert and his staff were excellent from start to finish. Food was very high quality and the hotel had a lovely warmth to it. Bedrooms are spacious and warm and facilities were modern and clean.

Everything was amazing. Room (double deluxe) is spacious, cosy and clean, bed is very comfortable, we slept great. Both breakfast and dinner are very good. Staff is very kind and friendly. Location is great, view over Dachstein is beautiful. Good value for money.

Perfect location for us - peaceful with wonderful views. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive and the room was a good size.

The landscape was amazing, the lobby looks incredible and the outside swimming pool was very beutiful and clean. The room was big and comfortable and was beyond our expectations. The bathroom was well equiped and didnt lack a thing. The personal of the hotel were super friendly and willing to help.

The view from Alpine Club is amazing. The personnel of the hotel is so helpful , responding immediately. The wellness with sauna and swimming pool was a nice bonus. There is a basic fitness room, play room for children, outdoor playground and some other outdoor activities.

This is a great hotel, very new and trendy. Great room with plenty of room and amenities. Unique downstairs spa that is a must. Great onsite restaurant.

We (2 families, altogether 4 adults, 3 kids of 7,8 and 9 years old) did spend a week in the hotel in the beginning of Feb 2015 and it was an incredible experience. Modern, clean, nice, family run hotel with English speaking and always smiling staff is located near the slopes (one station by skibus or 1 minute by car), serves incredible food. We also liked that hotel is in a walking distance from the center of Schladming so it is easy to go out to have a drink or to do some shopping too. Rooms are very clean, spacious. We also liked in-house sauna area. We are sure we will be coming back.

The location in the midst of Altenmarkt is perfect and being able to park right outside the hotel was very welcome. The room was quite large with a balcony and very quiet. Breakfast was good and we also enjoyed the large gym and the playing room.

Hotel located just steps from ski bus and this is the perfect arrangement for Flachau area. At the same time walking distance from town center. Breakfast was very good and offered everything needed. Ski depository offers space and safety. Very nice spa. The personnel is friendly and kinda laidback.

The hotel is lovely, nicely situated either for walks in the charming Mautendorf or for skiing (15 min drive to Obertauern). The hotel has three different saunas and everything is clean. There is enough parking spots, it offers even carports. The breakfast is good, and the room very spacious.

Very nice place in the middle of the village. Clean, confortable. There is a possibility to park the motorcycle in the garage. Nice breakfast! Highly recommented!

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, all very fresh and plentiful. The location is excellent. The wifi worked fine, even at the lovely pool. The spa facilities were also very good. All in all a wonderful stay, would advise!

The location is great: in city center close to the Planai cable car, bus station, restaurants, shops. The staff was professional and helpful. By breakfast we had many delicious options.

As we went off the ski season, central location was very good. Breakfast selection was excellent, staff very kind and helpful. Room was clean, and the bed really comfortable that is very important for us.

The location of the hotel is excellent to reach the ski lift by foot. The room was very nice, spacious and cozy, we had a view on a ski slope. The breakfast was good and wellness very nice. Thank you for having us.

The hotel is located at a gorgeous village, the room had a balcony with a stunning view to the mountains. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room itself while simple, was clean and quiet. Breakfast also good and sufficient. I really have nothing to complain about.

We stayed one night. The room was nice and clean with a shower. The owner waited for us as we were a little late but he still gave us dinner. Overall nice experience.

Breakfast selection was amazing. hotel location is great too. If you are lucky you can find parking right in front of the hotel. otherwise the parking isn't far either

I was looking for a hotel with a good price and location. If I had paid x2 x3 I would have expected more attractions. Thank you for your stay and see you soon. I will definitely come again. Breakfast in the neighboring hotel is not a problem for me. Good breakfast, enough quantity.

Good location, close to some of the best ski resorts in Austria. Friendly staff, we especially liked Radomir and Verena. The food was excellent! They changed some of the meals on the menu just for us. Rooms are spacious and clean. We highly recommend this hotel!

The spa was excellent and opened at 8am which was a bonus. Staff were great and room was large with many windows and views.

The spa was great. Even though it was compact it still had a sauna, steam bath, hot stone loungers, a pool and even a cold water shower.

The proffesional, polite and caring staff. THE CHEF - for most of the dinners dishes !!!

I totally enjoyed my stay and the staff did a great job helping it to be relaxing and enjoyable. The food was excellent and a great value for the money. The view was gorgeous. I just wish we could have stayed for 3 nights instead of 1. The pool, sauna's, and steam room were fantastic.

Clemens was so helpful. We were lucky enough to be there for the harvest festival in town. What a great stay. The amenities, the spa and the breakfast. GET THE BREAKFAST! So good!

The location is super central and the property was newly renovated. The spa facilities were great. The staff at reception was very helpful and friendly. We had a mountain view room with a cute balcony and the property also offers summercard.

Fantastic views from the balcony and central location close to cable cars and buses. The apartment had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic room/ apartment, kids loved the playground, we all loved the swimming pool. Free mountin bike ride, good breakfast, there is really nothing to complain. We had a perfect stay and we will be back for sure.
