Absolutely Amazing! I have never seen such attentive staff in a 4star hotel - trylu amazing. You almost never had to ask the waiters for anything, they always were there to help you. The food is amazing too - always fresh and tasty. We will definately come back!

Very professional and friendly staff, excellent food, comfortable and clean rooms. We really liked the 25 m pool, the spa and our delicious protein drinks at the bar after doing sports. A great thanks to Señor Jimenez for his good vibes :)

We got a nice big room, shower was wonderful and everything was comfy. The pool is heated just perfect and was a lot of fun. Staff is really nice and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful!

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. Food was varied and lots of it. Breakfast was buffet style. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were all included in the price. The only extras were spa treatments. If you want a relaxing adults only holiday this is the palce to stay

Everything was very clean, the room was very comfortable in size and included beautiful views. The breakfast could not have been better and the staff is very welcoming and supportive. I would strongly recommend this place.

The staff was amazing! Especially one guy that waited on the tables in the pool bar. We had arranged to give him a really good tip on our last day, but unfortunately he apparently had the day off. The breakfast was equally amazing, with a fantastic selection of anything you think of!

The hotel was recently renovated so the decor, quality and cleanliness was impeccable. The pool area is fantastic, spacious and very comfortable loungers. We couldn’t fault the breakfast every morning, so plentiful, fresh and delicious.

Rooms are really great. Area is quiet. Good division between quiet swimming pool and the more busy children area. Only possitive about the facilities. Breakfast is very good, the diner buffet is moderate. The hotel is very good, personel is very helpful and friendly.

My family and I went here for spring break, the weather was amazing and the beach was within a 10 minute walk. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at! Love the activities in the evening and the breakfast buffet was amazing! Absolutely recommended again!

The hotel was practically on the beach in a quiet part of the island. You could watch the sun rise and set from your balcony. The staff were helpful and we had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

The hotel had everything that we needed for our vacation: amazing choice at breakfast and dinner buffet, nice swimming pools, beautiful and well-maintained green garden scenery, well-equipped gym, friendly and helpful staff.

Exceptional room, very large, also with a large balcony, extremely comfortable. Two large pools with heated water and another several smaller pools. 10 mins walking distance from the Meloneras beach. Exceptional breakfast.

Very Clean, Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Pools choice was amazing and always sunbeds available. The breakfast selection in unbelievable something for everyone.

We enjoyed all aspects of our holiday. There was a great variety of food for both breakfast and dinner. Our room was spacious, quiet and very clean. There was lots of facilities at the hote for both day and nightly entertainment

An amazing place, a very nice suit, a comfortable bed, mattress, soft pillows, fresh linen and towels, a daily cleaning service. Breakfast and dinner is outstanding. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great airport hotel with excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms, fitness room and rooftop pool. Friendly, helpful staff who went the extra mile to cater for grandchildren when we had a good value, tasty dinner at the bar. Free airport transfer was a bonus.

A very friendly and clean hotel. We stayed in a larger suite so had a great view of the dunes. The pool areas were very clean and the bar service was great. Breakfast was a good choice with very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend if you want a couples or adults only getaway.

Centrally located with spacious apartment-style accommodations, great pool and friendly helpful staff. Alvaro, Kevin, Daniel, Dayana and Carmen were all wonderful. I particularly enjoyed breakfast by the pool every morning and the view from the balcony.

A very enjoyable stay at this fantastic hotel. Modern, quirky and exceptionally clean. The staff here are also very friendly and attentive. The location is just a short away from the beach. Its also close to lots of lively nightlife yet the rooms are quiet so you get a good nights sleep:)

This was our second time here. Now with two children. House is well equipped, good WiFi, very clean and safe environment for children. Rental car is a must for us, but there were couple very good resaurants close by.

Fantastic hotel. Absolutely huge. The restaurant food and drinks at the bar was more than adequate, although the bar does close at 11p.m. immaculate hotel. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival. Brilliant holiday and service. Highly recommended.

We had one of the bungalow type properties by the pool, the location was fantastic and although it is near the swimming pools it is very quiet. The property was clean and very spacious with a massive double bed. Loved having our own private area with sun loungers and tables and chairs.

What a fantastic hotel, excellent staff and facilities. So clean and comfortable. Reception helpful and happy! Fatima at the SPA 10/10.

The hotel staff are very professional and contentious and work extremely hard. Nothing was too much trouble. Beds were extremely comfortable. This hotel is well placed situated from the main resorts, bus stops are located just in front of the hotel and are very frequent and good value.

Excellent facilities, especially the spa. Beautiful gardens and close to the beach. Hotel staff were unfailingly polite and helpful - the one exception being a very brusque female receptionist. Great transport links and pleasant evening entertainment. Food was a delight.

Perfect location and perfect for holidays with children. The kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely a place to go back.

Nice location, big advantage was having local shop with basic grooceries articles open 24hrs at reception. For any basic needs I could just step by any time. eds were comfy, lot of space for storage, comfortable kitchen with basic equipment. Everything was was needed for our stay.

The staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have tried. The choice, selection and quality was first class, absolutely spot on. Ginger bar/lounge has a great ambience and lovely cocktails.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the hotel grounds and pool area are immaculate. The hotel has lots of restaurants to choose from.

Most of the staff were outstanding. The hotel easily deserves 5 Stars for its Reserve features. The gardens are lovely, the main restaurant offers a very high standard of buffet and additional restaurants are available. A really lovely hotel in a perfect position in San Agustin, Grand Canaria.

We had a great stay - relaxing, enjoyable and, of course, perfect weather! The location is awesome and everything met or exceeded expectations. If you're looking for a location close to the ocean where you don't have to do anything but relax by the pool, drink and eat, this is a great place to stay!

Hotel was nice for adult all inclusive. AC wasn't really working while there which made the rooms uncomfortable during sun set. Even with the curtains closed it made the room stuffy. Wifi was hit and miss but was good when it worked. Access to the beach was easy and convenient!!

Beautiful location with everything you need fir a summer vacation: pool, beach, water park, shopping, mini golf and park. It’s close to Mogàn, a beautiful village with shopping and beach. We had a huge room with a beautiful balcony. Did is fresh and big variety!

We like the location with a stunning view close to the beach and Aquapark, food was very good and personel very friendly .

Aquapark, and pools are amazing. Also the position is really great as well as the view from the balcony. The rooms are quite big and the cleaning service great as well. Only downsides the food choice and quality are not that great and the spa/gym access is not included but you have to pay extra.

Spacious room and balcony facing the sunny side with the sea view and daily access to aqua park. SPA with sauna and Turkish bath was 25 euro for 2 for 2 hours.

We had a great time . The animation team were very friendly and the shows were fantastic. The food was delicious and the room was very clean and we had a great view to the sea .The waterpark beside the hotel definately kept my kids occupied .

The Hotel was in a good location for families with lots of things for children to do. Each room has a balcony which faces the right direction for sun in the afternoon. If your travelling without kids then its a 15 minute car ride to Puerto Rico for good bars etc.

The property was amazing, spacious and with everything you will need . The staff is very helpful,the spa center also was pretty good , a lot of choices for eating at the Perchel beach club. The breakfast in the morning had pretty of options.

All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and nothing was too much bother for . The bar staff especially went out of their way to make the stay more enjoyable and relaxing.

Beautiful location, very well protected from the neighbourhood everything is very clean and well organised. Pool is clean and food was ok. Prices are great and rooms are very clean. We booked again for 2 weeks next year. Close by is the 1 star Michelin Restaurant La Aquarela that is a must to visit.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is great all day long until it turns 8pm .then it's a ghost town .there is no entertainment or bar open on the site after 8pm. Everyone has to go out to pubs and clubs or it really is dead. Cita is 5mins in taxi and bars and clubs there .

Great facilities and very helpful staff. Probably the largest jacuzzi on the island, and certainly a great place to first get introduced to new people. A real ice breaker. Great mix of nationalities in a very safe environment . Lots of well positioned beds with lots of sexy action taking place.

Incredibly spacious and comfortable villa. Very responsive host and fantastic staff that made a huge difference to the holiday.

Breakfast was good and arranged by the host. Located by the golfcourse and near the dunes.

Excellent experience overall. Wonderful, attentive host, incredible backyard, amazing giant pool, huge bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, cool pre-war architectural style and lots of different spaces to use around the house and the yard. Ongoing housekeeping made us feel like we're at a luxury hotel while still retaining the benefits (privacy, large living spaces) of a rental property.

The peace and quiet, the beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and surrounding gardens together with the comfortable rooms and friendly, professional staff made our stay extra special. It is the perfect place for a luxury retreat.

Loved the retreat elements - yoga, meditation, tennis, relaxing environment. Hadn’t realised all these would be on offer and they really made the hotel a special relaxing treat. Staff were amazing - so helpful and friendly and the food was delicious.

An ideal place for a peaceful retreat. Incredible views both sea and mountains. Staff is super kind and helpful and makes you feel like you are family. Breakfast and dinners were lovely. The hotel, its gardens and the pool are fabulous. And we loved Leo, the resident cat.

Location perfect close to both centres and the beach but not loud at night. Spa was fab, outdoor pool and beds all plentiful. Induction hob and microwave grill both work well. Outdoor terrace lovely. Bathroom and shower perfect.

I had a spacious room with a large corner balcony where I enjoyed having breakfast on. The beds were comfortable and there was a large sofa. Modern design but some wearing visible. In the bottom floor there was a washing machine that worked with 5* euro coins. Great location!

Comfortable, safe place to stay. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere.. After check-out, I was able to use pool facilities and shower to get the last gaze of Sun in Maspalomas before my flight in late afternoon.

Really quite exceptional. The owners Michael and Antonio were extraordinarily welcoming and kind, the bungalows were spotless and spacious and the atmosphere in the resort was fun without being remotely loud or overwhelming. I loved this stay.

Another lovely stay at Rainbow Golf, my favourite destination in Gran Canaria. The bungalows are well equipped and comfortable, the staff always friendly and helpful and the overall environment is friendly and relaxing.

Lovely complex, very quiet. Well laid out with your own sun loungers, terrace etc, Very clean and tidy. Friendly, helpful staff. Walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants, dunes. Would stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable and luxurious bungalows. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. The bungalows are close to the beach and the Dunas. Very beautiful!

The view from the terrace to the pool was really great and good for a relaxing breakfast or dinner. The location was very central, and provided a good base to visit the rest of the island.

2nd visit just love how most things are catered for, your own sunbeds some front and back so no getging up eadly to put your towel on. Very quiet peaceful even with children around very relaxed. Ideal location for beach transport bars ect. Very clean indeed. Will be back.
