The staff were very friendly and helpful! The buffet breakfast was amazing. Very convenient location, right next to the metro station.

From the check-in to the check-out, everything went right. The staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Everything was very clean. We had a quiet room facing the Corcovado Hill.

Great staff( many thanks to Nathalie and Ernestina for advice and help), very clean hotel, tasty breakfast (especially exotic fruits), very central, close to the metro station, safe area to be around. I would recommend this hotel .

Excellent breakfast, plenty of fresh fruit and variety of food. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was really clean, the floor in particular which was really clean. Amenities are basic but all is functional. Air con works. Room was a good size for Rio.

The hotel is in an excellent location with lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby,. It’s a busy part of town but quiet in room. The room was really comfortable, nice big beds and nice pillows. The breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh choices. They also provide beach towels.

We received an upgrade to a suite which was very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent for restaurants and bars. The hotel breakfast was also excellent with many varied choices.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious and well equipped. Roof top is amazing with brilliant views of the whole of copacabana! This is on the quieter end of the beach but has really nice restaurants and bars near by.

Lovely location in Leme. You can walk on the boardwalk and beach taking in the beautiful view. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The rooftop pool did not look clean and no one was using it. Delicious breakfast buffet.

Had a great time at this hotel. Probably the best view from a room I’ve ever seen - uninterrupted ocean view. Staff were very friendly. Beach was nice. Breakfast was varied and excellent. Restaurants didn’t offer enough vegetarian food, but overall, great.

Amazing location! The beach is just 2 steps to reach. Staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurants were amazing. I did not use the spa but there was one and had a possibility to reserve a tennis court 1h per day.

Directly on the beach with an amazing view on Ipanema, the Christ, the Mountain, and the favela. We enjoyed the restaurants, the spa, the pools, live music. The staff is super nice and they help with anything, taxi service available any time.

We enjoyed very much our stay in Sheraton. The hotel, although big, is very comfortable, great facilities and services, and best of all, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The breakfast was also excellent, with diverse products and great fresh fruits.

Pleasant hotel, in a very safe area; comfortable; very good service and excellent view from the balcony. Would come back. I suggest though, that the hotel pool be isolated from the hotel entrance view, to make it private for the guests. This issue did not make me use of it.

I had a really pleasant and unforgettable stay in Rio de Janeiro. The Riale is magnificent, the staff are very attentive, especially Edouardo Silva at the bar, who makes wonderful cocktails and is very empathetic. I'll be back for sure. Very cool

The food was really good. I loved the pumpkin soup. The staff was very welcoming when we arrived. It was late and the bar was closed but the bartender returned and made me a caipirinha. Everyone was super friendly with my child and I. I would definitely stay here again if I came back.

Excellent smaller hotel right on the beachfront with an amazing rooftop terrace with a pool, views right over Copacabana beach. Lots of staff, all very attentive and the excellent food was reasonably priced. I cannot fault the hotel or the service.

Location of the hotel is perfect with marvelous swimming pool. From the pool we could see the beach and the mountains and islands. The view is outstanding. The personnel of the hotel is perfect, always very helpful.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The furniture and facilities seemed a bit old but good value for money overall with all the must haves (nice shower, aircon, comfy bed and WiFi). Couple of blocks from Icaraí beach and the main road, shops, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The rooftop is super nice and definitely the most modern part of the hotel! Very very nice. Hotel situated opposite the Olympic Park so very convenient for visiting the games and good connections via BRT to other areas. Hotel very clean and staff very helpful, food always good and the wifi worked well and is free. Would use this hotel again if visiting the area.

A nice high quality modern room. 5* fixtures, fittings, panels and doors. Friendly staff with ok English language. Short walk from Rio 2016 Olympic park venues. Could improve the information booklet provided with room.

Very clean , right across the Jenesse arena, no nice restaurants around but the hotel has 24 hours room service! And a supermarket next to it.

The hotel is sooo beautiful & the outside views are perfect. The hotel has the perfect beach right in the front. The rooms were beautiful and waking up to the ocean view was just unbelievable. Perfection location and close to everything. Definitely can’t wait to come back.

Everything was perfect in the hotel besides one minor issue. The wifi would not work when i would enter my room. So other than that everything was great! Great staff, amazing food at the hotel. I definitely felt safe and secure. Will be coming back !
