Very modern rooms, spacious and clean; the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is also dog friendly, and one of the reasons we chose to stay here. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening - the food and service were exceptional!

Very nice and friendly. Families are welcome! We stayed in an apartment, but had breakfast in the hotel. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed for our baby daughter. Dinner was delicious and so was breakfast. The apartment was super clean with a cozy atmosphere.

Everyone that works at the hotel is fantastic. Right next to the main ski lift. The ski room was perfect. Room was very comfortable. Parking was easy; right next to a gas station with little store. They have two excellent restaurants. Mongolian restaurant was amazing; exotic game.

This is a beautiful hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains and was very clean. The Mongolian restaurant attached is a must!

Loved our stay at the Bever Lodge. Super nice hotel, we really liked the style. The personnel is very friendly and we were lucky to be there at a time that they were having a special dinner buffet with meat specialties from the region. Great breakfast as well!

The property is very clean and the staff are so nice and they were very helpful. The hotel is equipped with great facilities. It was an exceptional experience.

This hotel is amazing. Staff is the friendliest we met in Switzerland. They offer hot buffet breakfast and everything was delicious. Also, the shuttle transfer was very convenient.

We were upgraded to a superior South room with fantastic views the window of which opened fully to turn into a balcony. We were well looked after at dinner and the breakfast was quality.

The location of the hotel is superb. It is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and supermarket. Room is spacious, clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread is good and restaurant staff is helpful. The sky bar has an amazing view.

It was so cozy and warm. The location was great and the breakfast was awesome. The restaurant on site was both very good and convenient. The wait staff, especially Nicole and Ivan, were so friendly and helpful.

Breakfast had an amazing selection and the espresso machine was a special treat! Had dinner one night in the dining room and it was delicious, too.

Despite its location ag the center it was really quiet and cozy. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast buffet outstanding.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. We would have liked to spend more time but our stay was merely a stop over between train trips.

Location is great. The apartment has everything you need. There is also a garage, where the tourists can leave their cars. The hosts are helpful. In a nutshell, everything was good.

Apartment is recently refurbished and pretty spacious. Everything is new and clean and hosts are so lovely. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. Beds are comfy. Supermarket, bakery and ski shop are just few min walk. Cross country trails are 10 min walk across the bridge. Regular buses to nearby villages. We had great time in the eve playing ping pong, relaxing in the sauna, chatting over raclette or fondu pot. Silvaplana is small and very quiet. Can't think of better place to escape city routine, ski and enjoy your family if this is in your agenda.

We were visiting from the US and had a wonderful stay at Cresta Palace. The town is lovely and the hotel is beautiful. We thought the staff was friendly and helpful and everything was very clean. We made dinner reservations for two of the restaurants in the hotel and both were great meals.

Location is amazing. This place is much worth to stay yuan in touristic and money-oriented Sankt Moritz. Service is exceptional. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. You get more than expecting except food.

Easy to find (coming with the car). The hotel is at walking distance from everywhere and there are shuttles to the cable car (for those on skis). The hotel entrance, lounge and the bedroom are very cozy and welcoming, and there are many books available on the corridors and stairs for reading! The staff is very welcoming and I never had to wait to get attention, both at check-in and at breakfast. Breakfast is good, the choice is sufficient (unfortunately there were no croissants at 10:00 ... something I do dearly miss ;-) ). For me it is essential for a breakfast to have enough croissants also for late comers... (often they disappear very quickly from the buffet).

My stay in Schwezerhof was impecable from the reception, upgrade of the room, Sauna and the Quietroom with spectacular view on the Lake & Mountains, to breakfast and the dinner, delicious & welcoming atmosphere in all respects. I totally recommend it for single/ couple travellers.

Excellent location, great lake views from our balcony and terrace on the top floor, fabulous breakfast with lots of choices, and convenient complimentary van pick up/drop of at the train station! We loved it.

The views from our hotel room were stunning and the staff were fantastic. we didn't get to use the wellness centre, but we did go down and have a look. Saunas, hot pools, etc. It looks amazing. Our dinner was delicious, and the breakfast buffet had a decent variety.

We found this hotel very comfortable and well situated to be able to ski to the door. All the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The terrace was great to sit out on in the sun and enjoy the most delicious hot chocolates.

Second time we go to the Chesa Surlej. Nice family room that fits perfectly for 4 persons, excellent location with just 20 meters away from the ski lift and a beautiful view. Breakfast and dinner are excellent too and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Bridget was extremely friendly and helpful on check in and assisted us the provision of free tickets to ride the local buses and with the loan of power adaptors so that we could charge our devices throughout our stay. The room was quiet, spacious and clean.

This hotel was in one of the most amazing locations we have ever experienced. My son tried snowboarding for the first time and the ski school was only 80m from our hotel. This was the true definition of ski in and ski out. The hotel restaurant was exceptional, and we had dinner there every night.

Had a lovely view out to the mountains. A really nice quiet village not too far from st mortiz town. You don’t have to walk far to the busstop it’s very close by to the hotel. Had quite a homely family feel. The staff were very friendly.

Nice, spacious, modern room and quite close to a walk away from a lovely view. It’s not in the town centre, but it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

Excellent breakfast and service. Staff helpful and friendly. Great pool, perfect t for after day of hiking. Lots of connecting trails near by. Free bus travel and got use of cable car/ski pass. Too many hikes to do in 5 days so will happily return. Thanks for a great stay Europa.

The breakfast/dining room was perfect, located on the first floor of the lodge. The staff was very friendly and the food exceptional, especially the pizza. Hard to believe being from Chicago we would find such an outstanding pizza in Switzerland.

The location. The facilities. The room. The flexibility to choose the room. The overall service. The kind and efficient reception. The delicious breakfast and ultra attentive service. The pizza for dinner. Great atmosphere.

Very cosy atmosphere, personalized service with high attention to detail, creative design, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, parking garage just across the street- family run but super professional !

The staff were always smiling, helpful, and maintained a clean environment. Thank you to everyone for making our stay enjoyable.

The quality of the My room in the Bed & breakfast was excellent. The advertise bar and restaurant but the bar is self service and the restaurant is merely where you eat breakfast.

Geniales Hotel. Selbst als Bed & Breakfast (im Sommer) ist es hervorragend, wenn man auf das hoteleigene Restaurant verzichten kann.

It was a great deal to stay at a five star facility for 3/4 star price. Everything was nice but wished the sauna had been open for longer hours (open only for 3 hours a day), there had been coffee machine in the room or the self-service bar area and rental bicycle service.

It was a surprise stay for us, we did not expect heated pool with spa which we didn't our gears. Overall very comfort & clean stay. A bit far fm the train station.

Very beautiful hotel, clean and cozy. But you have to be careful not to arrive after 6:00 p.m. there because there is no one at the reception. They send a message with the code for you to access a security box and pick up the keys to your room and check in only the next day but they do not make sure that this information arrived in the guest's hand so you can run the risk of not being able to enter the hotel.

Place is excellent! Building is from 1927, and it is completly renovated in its original state. It feels like you are in almost 100 years old building….only with everything as new like it was yestarday constructed. Rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom is modern and new, also clean!

The personnel is extremely kind and helpful, the food was amazing and the location and view is breathtaking. The room is comfy and spacious and decoration is really nice.

The size of the apartment is great and is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and there are a few cooking essentials available. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. There is a washing machine, games area and sauna all in the building.

The location is amazing ! Stunning view ! The owners were really nice and I will definitely come back . Everything was clean and cozy. This is a hidden jam in the middle of mountains.
