Amazing remote location, perfect for just to "switch off" in nature. Great staff, very very helpful. Food is amazing too. Even though we arrived quiet late (around 8-9 pm) they were extremely welcoming and helpful to show and explain everything.

Checking was efficient, room was spacious and beautiful. The entire staff was exceptional, especially arturo!! He is the best at all levels of service. Food was incredible, from the floating breakfast to dinner and the guacamole OMG! so good!

A beautifully stylish hotel with super comfortable beds, a shower to die for and very helpful staff. If you’re staying in Tulum town, this a great spot on a quiet side road close to restaurants and bars. The roof terrace pool was absolutely stunning too.

We loved our stay at Secrets Akumal. The rooms were awesome, everyone was really friendly and helpful. There were three pools; we never had an issue finding two lounge chairs together. The beach was beautiful, again, no issues finding seats. The resort was quiet and tranquil.

The facilities were fabulous, the pool was just wonderful! Very comfortable and clean rooms, close to everything on site! We had breakfast on site everyday which was great! The yoga classes had great variety and were very enjoyable and insightful.

The hotel inside is very green, neat and very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, minimalistic and have everything on needs. The yoga classes are amazing and the food is healthy and most delicious. I will be back.

The staff are amazing at this resort and always make the experience exceptional. The resort does need a refresh as the rooms are dated but it is kept clean. We have been back for 3 weeks and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Azulik is amazing living with nature and Tulum is just magical. Our concierge Maggy made sure we had access to everything we needed and I recommend the sound bath! Walking distance to great breakfast, brunch and drinks. Looking forward to return.

This property was amazing! I specifically loved the entertainment team, Alex, Paola and Erick were very engaging and fun! The property was great, on the beach, and the pools were amazing. The drinks and restaurants were fire.

Everyone was super nice a helpful. Amazing service. Alma was at the Japanese restaurant was amazing. The lobby people were great! Jesus always super attentive with our drinks or whatever we needed.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic and very helpful. They had a great disposition and seemed very genuine about making my daughter and I have a wonderful experience. All the restaurants were great and the food was incredible. The gym was very spacious and Horacio was especially helpful.

Wao! This boutique hotel is a hidden gem of Tulum, if you are looking to connect with Nature. The hotel is beautiful, and the fact is small with barely staff makes it a great hideout. Its 5 mins from tulum town, close to cool restaurants and cenotes

The property offered seclusion, privacy, and the pool was spectacular. Close to town for dining options. The hotel staff was welcoming and amenable to our needs. If you do book this hotel, dont book villas 1 or 2. Further down=less noise pollution.

The theme of the hotel is just mind blowing. I bet this is by far the best property in Tulum and no one can beat that. The staff is so kind and helpful. I love the style, interior, pool and the architecture.

Food in dining was average. In my room the wrong coffee bag. Woke up on my birthday to 3 big roaches and one was alive and crawling and the they didn’t even pick up one when cleaning. Property beautiful but not very well maintained. Room was big and comfy and also clean.

Relaxing and quiet. Staff helpful. Walking outside to get to reception amd restaurant so need umbrella when raining. Vegetarian options can be increased from pasta , tortillas and fruit.

Kore Tulum is a beautiful resort! The grounds are amazing. My room was huge and had all of the features described in the ad. It is on the edge of a national park and an easy walk to many attractions. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend and will stay here again!

The staff was amazing but the upkeep of the property is subpar mold at the pool, inside of the shower on the shower heads.Daybeds aren’t always made up. Pools need to be cleaned more often. Overall the experience is nice but the place needs more work.

The apartment is awesome! The view is create also the whole area is nice and next to good restaurants and relatively close to the beach. The interior is super nice and the rooms are very comfortable.

Great set up and the Spa was excellent Lots of really good value restaurants close by.
