The staff at the Loden are wonderfully friendly and helpful - we felt very welcome upon our arrival. The rooms are amazing - so well-designed, comfortable, and beautiful. And the location was quiet, but very walkable to shops and restaurants on Robson and surroundings. We had a lovely stay!

The room was luxurious and the bathroom with separate bathtub and shower really nice. The staff were all really pleasant, chatty and helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They may our short stay special.

My room was upgraded on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Very happy with the room and facilities. View was amazing and just a short walk down to Canada Place and restaurants. Room was very clean and spacious.

Easy check-in, staff friendly and helpful. Great location. We had a king suite, harbour view which was excellent. Spacious and bright with a great view. Sofa bed used in lounge which was comfortable. Overall highly recommended.

We were staying there precruise…it was very convenient to the port..walkable. Rooms were lovely. Elevator key accessible made us feel safe. Many options to walk to for breakfast though no option in hotel itself. Walkable to old town and Canada Place.

This was a great pick....beautiful corner room with city/partial harbour view. It was beautifully clean and comfortable and the in room facilities were great....there was a kettle (great coz Im a tea drinker) and coffee maker. The location was perfect.

The reception was staff were very helpful and friendly. We left our bags with them early in the day before check-in. They were already in our room, when we arrived back in the evening. Spacious and comfy room, good coffee.

Super comfortable and clean room. I was right next to the elevator and didn't hear a single peep, nice and quiet. The restaurant is really good too, the fried chicken sandwich was incredible and the staff were very attentive and friendly.

Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Bed was amazing and just right. The Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Restaurant was great - try the truffle fries! Happy hour was worth the visit and the Old Fashioned was delicious. Thank you!

Metropolitan staff are amazing. Our check-in hostess and bellhop on Wednesday afternoon was extremely welcoming and helpful. The dining service staff from brunch to dinner were attentive and kind to our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Whole experience was excellent, from the check in to check out. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Dinner was delicious and the pool area was brilliant. Room was super comfy and equipped. The location was fab although I wish I’d upgraded our room to have a harbour view!

Wonderful area. Loved it more than downtown. Lots of restaurants and cafés in the area, but I can highly recomend the hotel restaurant too, both for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Great location with easy walking access to lots of restaurants. Plenty of on-site (pay) parking. Our room was on the mountain side of the hotel, so we had a city view. The brunch in the Lobby restaurant was exceptional! I wish we could have stayed longer!

My room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. I watched the sunrise one morning. The dining room is wonderful -- great food and another amazing view. I loved the mussels and the seafood pasta. Strolling around Granville Island is charming and fun.

Clean, friendly, great restaurants nearby, great view of the harbour, good continental breakfast pastries, modern room and washroom, quiet.

I am disappointed that breakfast is NOT included in the room. I appreciate that coffee is available in the room, but I would really like to have a coffee station with fresh coffee in the lobby, or the ability to bring coffee back from the restaurant.

Clean and cosy room with a comfy bed. There was a Lavazza coffee machine in the room and the hotel provided lots of coffee capsules, which was a bonus. And the coffee was delicious.

Excellent location and great harbour views. We stayed in room 234, a superior waterfront room, 2nd floor, amazing views of city and False Creek. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We ate breakfasts in the Dockside restaurant where the food is very good and the service is excellent.

The staff at the Hilton Downtown Van were so kind and helpful! Our room was spotless and the linens good quality. The mattress could be improve. Overall, it was a quiet, comfortable home away from home. The location is central to everything! Thank you to the Hilton for a lovely trip!!

Amazing clean property! But my room my shower didn’t work! The front Desk staff was great to get someone up to the room to look at it but couldn’t fix it. They then upgraded us into another room! Amazing place!

Great stay at this hotel in Vancouver prior to our cruise. This was a lovely central hotel with friendly staff and a spacious, clean, modern room with a luxury feel. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, helpful and connected to decent Italian restaurant. Convenient to public transits and other amenities within walking distance. The room was a decent size and clean and quiet.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We liked the glass water bottles in the room with filtered water available and the Nespresso station in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable with 2 queen size beds and a large bathroom with shower. We would recommend this hotel no problem.

We stayed at Hotel Blu as we were in Vancouver for a trade show. The hotel was great, rooms clean and spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool also had breakfast at the Azure Cafe. All in all a perfect two night stay.

Hotel was in the perfect location….within walking distance to sights and transport! Breakfast was ok, but numerous cafes and restaurants nearby! The room was spacious with a big bed! The room was quiet except for the construction across the street. Overall it’s a great hotel!

Was comfortable and felt safe, staff super friendly and helpful too. I had an event nearby and also felt safe being a solo female walking back late and going outside to vape. The pool/hot tub and sauna were nice too!

Enjoy the hotel and area. Room was clean and comfortable. The layout was a little bit bizarre however as the tv wasnt facing any sitting area or the bed. Also to be noted there is currently construction in front. Could be loud during the day but night was calm and quiet. Staff is friendly.

I had an amazing stay last night! I arrived after midnight and Melissa assisted me with my check-in and late check-out the next day. She was attentive, courteous and helpful - thank you so much for such a great stay and for making the Sun Run extra memorable for me.

The Fairmont never fails to disappoint! The rooms are large, bright and clean. The staff at the front desk, in the restaurant and in the bar could not be nicer. The locataion is perfect as one can walk everywhere from this central location. It's our favorite hotel in Vancouver!

Amazing location, staff was super friendly and helpful, really made us feel at home. Loved our rooms view, pool was warm and outside area was perfect with a turf area for kids to run around. Coffee shop right in the lobby was super convenient.

Brilliant location, safe&convenient with lovely views, nice walk into town or to Stanley Park, great indoor and outdoor pool, delicious breakfasts, staff unfalteringly welcoming, polite and helpful, very high standards of cleanliness, would stay again (in fact, we did!).

This hotel is amazing! The rooms have such a beautiful view of the marina and the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a pool, sauna, spa, salon, restaurant and probably other things i didnt even know about. It is definitely worth staying here.

Super kind and helpful staff, hottub and heated indoor pool were perfect for our family, location offers exceptional views and easy access to so much in Vancouver. Hotel room and hotel interior in public spaces looks brand new. Loved it. We'll be going back.

The location of the Rosedale is excellent. There are amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and sites nearby. This hotel offers a lot of value for the price of the stay. The parking is reasonably priced, the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, but could use a refresh.

Convenient location;to downtown and what was exceptional is after an early morning arrival from overseas we were allowed to check in early which gave us the opportunity to rest and then still go out to look around. Staff were friendly and efficient, room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in a great location as it is walkable to many wonderful parts of the city. Stanislav at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Rooms are very nice and plenty of room to store out things. Nice having the adjacent restaurant to enjoy a breakfast or cocktail, etc

The staff people were welcoming and remembered our names. They offered helpful restaurant recommendations. The bed was comfortable and I felt as if I were sleeping on a cloud. The neighborhood felt safe and was relatively central. Five stars all around.

The Loden is a lovely boutique hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The Tableau Restaurant, which is part of the hotel, was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. We would definitely stay at The Loden again.

We loved the location, lots of restaurants nearby, the balcony overlooking the river, and the close proximity of the sky train. The beds were comfortable, and staff were helpful and friendly.

The view over the Quay and the river is fantastic, and the rooms are nice and cozy. Everything was easy to find and convenient. I especially appreciated that the hotel is right next to Angelina's Dutch restaurant, which has great breakfast.

We had a great stay and highly recommend the Inn! What was great: friendly responsive staff (easy to extend to late checkout; patient when we had to replace our key cards!); lovely view of the river; super comfy bedding and pillows; clean room; plus the event venue and food were excellent.

We love our room with the view of the Frasier River! We loved be able to walk the river walk! Walking distance to restaurants. Staff was very nice and helpful with recommendations! We enjoyed our stay!

The Shangri-La is an intimate and quiet hotel near all of Vancouver's downtown offerings. It lacks the views of harbor-front hotels, but that's about the only negative. Very helpful staff, nice spa and restaurant and outstanding rooms.

Fantastic experience, staff is very friendly and attentive. Great location to shopping, the harbor area, restaurants and parks. We had a great room with great amenities! We had a memorable stay!

The breakfast buffet was excellent! Very tasty, hot and plentiful. Best hotel continental buffet breakfast I've ever had. Room was excellent, comfy and clean. Despite being a bit away from downtown (we were foot passengers taking transit), we will return!

Great location for concerts at Pacific Coliseum, rapid bus to downtown right outside the front door, good restaurants across the street, convenient to travel here from Victoria without a car using Compass Cards. Clean, spacious rooms, pretty good complimentary breakfast buffet.

I had the pleasure of staying at Yhe Kingston Hotel in May/June this year. Rooms were super clean and various amenities available. Staff were so attentive and friendly. Ideal location for tourists. Adjacent restaurant served delicious dishes and cocktails. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful little art hotel with amazing decor. Very quiet but situated on the older side of town with a lot of homeless in the area. We were not hassled but did not feel safe after dark. Would stay again if the city helped the homeless in the area.

We loved everything: great central location, outstanding room with comfortable bed, huge bathroom, all the amenities, cookies in room at night, and very quiet. Restaurant/bars all good, Hawksworth exceptional (go to happy hour). Staff are very happy and professional.

Perfect Downtown location close to restaurants and shopping and transportation. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff very attentive and friendly. Thank you Miguel! Loved the coffee/ tea in room.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the accommodations and hotel property were gorgeous, the location downtown was perfect (central to shopping, gas town, bars, etc.), cocktails were delish, and the vibe was elegant, moody, and relaxing.

Everything was beautiful the staff was friendly. The property was impeccable. The rooftop Terrace was outstanding. The seating in the restaurant was comfortable. The staff was professional, courteous and friendly. We would definitely go back.

From the welcoming bell hop until check out this hotel delivered excellence over and over. The entire staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and in perfect order. The location was also stellar with many top restaurants within walking distance.

L’Hermitage is a superb hotel, my room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very quiet at night, but conveniently located near an IGA supermarket and many food outlets. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

Great hotel! Perfectly located, stylish, large and luxurious rooms, a cool bar and restaurant. We enjoyed mostly the grand view from our room in 12th floor and the hospitality. We had the chance to meet Anelen from the room service team - a very welcoming person like the whole staff!

An amazing property with professional courteous and friendly staff, a great guest experience in every way. Our room was clean, bright and modern with every convenience available; we can’t wait til we make our way back.

Clean modern spacious room (515sq ft) on the 20th floor. Central enough that walking to what you need to see, eat & shop at downtown Vancouver. Lobby is quaint but adequate with friendly staff.

We loved Times Square it was clean and everyone was friendly. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect for walking to great restaurants and coffee shops. It was close to bike rentals so we could ride around Stanley Park. We will definitely stay here again.

It was so cosy. The room was clean, it was very welcoming. Only minutes walk from everything but quiet too. Breakfast was delicious. You could help yourselves to the pantry at any time. Absolutely loved it. The staff were so friendly.

Great Food and amazing Service! We really enjoyed our brunch at The Apron. We ordered the Breakfast BLTA, Brioche French Toast and the Croque Madame. All three were delicious and our server Evelyn was amazing and very kind. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay last weekend. Check in was smooth . Staff friendly . Bellman Sergio was very friendly and helpful . Made our stay very memorable . The room was very clean and spacious . Bathroom and shower very modern . Highly recommend this Hotel.

This hotel is in a great location. Warm and friendly and very helpful staff. Close to nearby restaurants and shops. Great breakfast buffet with many selections. Rooms are very spacious with great views of the city. Lovely lounge to enjoy a nightcap in before retiring.

Sutton place hotel is fantastic. The location, the staff, the breakfast…. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! The coffee was great (in the breakfast room) The rooms were perfect and plenty large enough, beds very comfortable, we had dressing gowns and slippers. Cannot fault.

Very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, quiet room and a beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location too- very walkable! I’d definitely stay here again.

Such a lovely hotel, in a perfect location. Excellent friendly and welcoming staff, from the moment we stepped out of our taxi. Room was spacious and clean. Convenient small store located within the hotel, or a much larger supermarket next door. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
