The staff were all super friendly and helpful! Based on the staff alone, I'd give this hotel 1000 stars! The hotel is beautiful and sits in a perfect location. The rooms are spotless and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious with a wide array of options.

Amazing location right by entrance to old town. Lovely room overlooking harbor. Modern interior, traditional exterior. Perfect! Wonderful breakfast and the in house restaurant is Michelin rated. Staff is lovely, friendly and professional.

The one bedroom hut we stayed in we super clean, comfortable and well located. The restaurant served lovely food especially the eggs with breakfast. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Pool is GREAT for family's. The peir infront of resort has the BEST sunset views ever!

Beautifully kept site, the mobile home was modern, clean, beds were very comfortable. Twice during the stay we were given clean towels and more toilet paper, wasn’t expecting that! Son loved the slides. Restaurant and gym great too.

Very nice, modern, clean. Located by the beach. The pool facilities are great. We stayed at the 2 bedroom mobile home. Perfect for group of 4 people. There is Nespresso machine in the kitchen.

Very nice new mobile homes. Incredible how you can fit 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms into 40m2 and still have a cosy living and kitchen. Clean and well maintained pool area and spa, direct access to the beach.

Our mobile home was very clean and spacious. It’s very close to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. We enjoyed the veranda too.

Amazing view to the sea from the top apartements - the feeling is as if you were on a huge cruise ship. Breakfast was perfect - fresh coffee tasted really good. The staff is very kind and helpful. Nice furniture, very clean hotel. Almost perfect ***hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good variety and the food served by the restaurant in the evening was very good. The hotel has a lovely sun deck area with a hot tub, that also has shade if needed, and provides amazing views of the sunset.

Great service, perfect what we were looking for. Spent 1 nt. Quick Uber into Old town. The bar/restaurant staff were very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. Only 25 mins to Zadar aiport.

Beautiful small hotel. Every corner, every nook and cranny was decorated beautifully. The view from our room, which was a superior double, was stunning and perfect for watching the sun go down. Breakfast was delicious and we got a lovely take away breakfast for our early departure.

The staff were welcoming, it felt very friendly and homely. Loved the decor. I was staying last minute because my flight was cancelled. It was nice to relax there so close to the beach and know my dinner and breakfast were included in the price.

Everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were lots of options and activities for children. The breakfasts and dinners (included in the half board) were tasty. We would definitely come back if we travel in the area again.

The room was excuisite, the terrace and view was amazing. The bed was very-very comfortable and the seasonal vegetarian restaurant was just perfect! The wellness and the pools are fantastic, just as the shore. The staff is well trained and very polite!

The hotel was very clean, staff were helpful, the location on the beach was great and so was the pool. The food and wine were also very nice. We had half board, great value. Cocktails 🍸 at the pool bar were good, too. E bike rental was perfect for getting to Zadar and back

Big rooms and restaurant. Wellness area in the sister hotel was great. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I have tried. Everything was very fresh and delicious.

It was a really clean nice appartment. The balcony was large with a nice hottub and loungers. It has a well equipt kitchen with a large tv. There is nice mood lighting in the bedroom.The staff was really friendly and helpfull. The restaurant below was very convenient with really tasty food.

Very good clean hotel. Good breakfast and pizzeria. All you need is in the modern clean room. Sauna- my favourite place, which you reserve and have for yourself :) Amazing helpfull stuff <3 Good location close to bus station and walkable distance to old town and shoreline.

The hotel was really perfect. Everything nice and clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. All necessary kitchen items were at our disposal. The jacuzzi was a nice addition to our room. Thank you for the fabulous breakfast and perfect service!

Amazing holiday at this hotel. Great location, great views over sea and mountains. Rooms were spotlessly clean. The kids club animation team were exceptional and there all day to help us get that wee rest from children. We were so sad to leave.

Great hotel with many indoor activities for kids and teens - swimming pool, family sauna, arcade games, table tennis and billiards. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the bath nice and spacious.

This hotel is luxury at its finest. The rooms are luxurious, the service amazing, breakfast daily fresh, cocktail bar loved it daily, location is the best. We don’t want to leave. I’d rate this over 5 stars. One of our favorites. The restaurant are close, morning walks so quite.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent in all regards-professional, very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet and we were quite pleased with it. Parking is on site and is valet. The location was good, quiet but convenient to the old town.

Attentive and helpful staff at reception/for breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean. Lovely spot in Zadar. Our only complaint would be service in the adjoining restaurant, longest drawn out lunch (despite it not being busy at all)

Our stay was excellent, we were able to walk everywhere so convenient. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Front desk gave us a great recommendation for dinner. The breakfast was very good and a wide variety.

Amazing flats, very spacious and comfortable. Spa and pool facilities are clean and have enough space for all guests. Entire villa is very secure and you can see the marina feom the pool zone. Thanks to Zlatko for being such a great host. Villa was willing to accommodate early check-in as well.

Modern and clean appartments and a lovely host! We loved the pool and jacuzzi. Location was good, it took about 20 minutes to walk to the old town. The view to the sea was very nice! Air conditioning worked well. We warmly recommend this beautiful place!

Great location, 10-15 min walk to the historic city centre, shops and coffee place 5 mins walk. We loved the pool and the area around it with sun loungers, jacuzzi and a bbq space. The rooms were clean, well equipped and spacious. Our host Boba helped with everything we needed.

This Villa is absolutely amazing!!! We had the BEST time here. It is situated in a quiet rural area. We had access to 3 apartments which was literally the Villa. The interior was super clean, modern and good quality in each appartment. Super comfy beds, great showers, and all the amenities you could need for a perfect stay. The pool was great and well enjoyed, the roof terrace was wonderful for watching sunsets as well as starry nights and even storms. There was a games room that we used that is near the pool with an additional toilet there. We had access to 2 bicycles, which were useful to ride up to the local grocery store, literally 5 minutes away. I can't rate this Villa high enough, and as for the hosts, they are the most welcoming people you will find. We were greeted with Scnapps and snacks and the hosts mother even came with a gift to wish me happy birthday. Such beautiful and thoughtful people. I would not hesitate to book here again and highly recommend.

Villa Palmarosa is a corner of Heaven. The host welcomed us with cold drinks and more and made us feel like we were visiting relatives. The cleanliness of the apartments was exemplary and we felt like home. Here you will find everything you need. If you want to spend a dream vacation, do not hesitate to stay at this villa.
